The Reception Staff were really nice and helpful

The room, my towels were not changed for the entire stay even though i put them in a pile in the shower, they simply took them out and hung them up, the shower leaked water all over the floor, the bed wasnt changed for the 3 days. The kettle was in a cupboard and when i went to use it there were no plugs near the desk. You had to put the kettle on the floor and plug it in. I booked a double bed for my stay but i was given a single duvet because i was on my own which i find really strange. Really disappointed with the room and won't be staying there again.

Kaum Möglichkeiten abends was zu machen, außer im Frühstücks-/Abendessensraum zu sitzen.

Nice breakfast

The bathroom was set up for disabled guests, which is sympathetic, but it meant that the barhroom got very wet due to the open shower. We didn’t feel comfortable using the plug for the hairdryer as a result.

Nice cleanly rooms and great service

A lot of noise from the hallway. I woke up due to other guests having a conversation in the hallway. I also heard the planes, but this I expected.
