Cute apartment in a great location. Having a kitchen was lovely and also a laundry room with clean machines to use was super useful.

All the dang stairs. Lugging bags up a ton of stairs wasn’t the best part of the trip

Creaking floor - really annoying. No AC and no lift - we had to drag heavy suitcases to the third floor.

No elevator, you have to climb old squeaky stairs to the top. Inside was incredibly hot and humid. Bedrooms face the noisy street. It takes ages to adjust water temperature in the bathroom. But the best part is the lack of soul in this place. We've check in rather late and at 2 am I tried to ask for a later check ou. In the morning i received a very long text stating no possibility to check out later than 11. I felt quite awful knowing that this text was just thrown my way. No one even tried to care. However at 9 we had staff trying to get into our room and not even apologizing in the end. Just looking at me naked on the kitchen, saying wow, and closing the door. I mean wow, indeed.

Great location for the city centre in a peaceful courtyard situation. The room was spacious.

The sink was blocked prior to my arrival which should have been picked up when it was cleaned.

The sink was blocked in the bathroom and did not freely drain. Admittedly I did not report this during the stay as I did not want the hassle, but not sure how the sink would have been cleaned without this being noticed prior to our stay.

Great location and easy access! Really well- equipped and cozy place, with everything you can need. The welcoming gifts were especially a nice touch! Definitely will be coming back again!

There was no heating. Especially the first two nights were cold and the heating didn't work, so it caused me catch a cold. Very poor facilities for such a highly overpriced place (e.g. not even a small table next to sofa)!

I like the contactless check-in services, we finished the process and got the code before we arrived. The room is spacious. Has a lovely kitchen with lots of equipment. The bed is comfortable.

The shower space was a bit small. Our room was on the third floor but my partner and I carried huge suitcases. Moving the luggage to the third floor took us a lot of effort.

You don't really get keys, everything is code based but they clearly run a tight ship because we had no issues whatsoever. From the beginning they make it very clear there is no reception, everything is done via their website and it is very simple and easy to do (steps you follow), they give a 24hr phone number if needed (which we didn't). The studio flat was excellent and you have everything you need in it, cutlery, pots & pans and all dishware. Excellent location and bonus access to Netflix if feeling like a chill night in... Definitely recommend and will be seeing where else (other countries countries) they are located to stay with the company again.

The wi-fi was not that great and the problem is that nowadays coming from UK a lot of us no longer get a European allowance and therefore have no data. There are few minor wear & tear things but not enough to nearly be a nuisance. Would still book again with this company and still recommend it!

Great room for traveling with family. Comfortable bed and sofa, fresh linens. The kitchen had everything you need. The room was warm and cozy. Convenient location: tram and metro station in close proximity. There are also several cafes and a supermarket nearby.

The only inconvenience was the location of the room on the 5th floor without an elevator.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it was right in the middle of a bustling area filled with fantastic cafes and restaurants, and getting around was a breeze thanks to the nearby transit options. The room was incredibly spacious and had everything we could possibly need, which made our stay all the more comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was the contact-less check-in process. The system they use is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward, which made checking in a breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the room during our stay. Upon entering, we immediately noticed a strong cigarette smoke odor that was quite unpleasant. In fact, we all felt quite sick on the first night and had to resort to opening the windows for some fresh air, despite the chilly weather. Although we understand that some guests may choose to smoke in their rooms, we were disappointed that the room was not fully deodorized before our arrival. We hope that Limehome can take steps to address this issue in the future, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Location was great, apartment was big enough for 6 people, 2 showers and terrace which was nice. there is a coffe place just down the entrance so it was nice too.

getting the code from the hosts was extremely uncomfortable, there is no front dest and everything is digital, so we needed to call them and got the room 45 minutes late. sofa bed is not comfortable and the shower was clogged

Three Of us stayed in the appartment 411C - Good location, close to the well connected metro/train stations - Walking distance from the famous city spots. 15min walking dist. from TV Tower - Great coffee and deserts just at the entrance to the building - Good communication with the company that owns this apartment (usually responds within a few hours) - Spacious apartment - Coffee and tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil was available in the apartment - Clean bedsheets, towels - Everything you need for cooking is there - Free clothes washing machine, shared by anyone on the first floor - Overall cleanliness 8/10

-The floor in the apartment is super squeaky. It's kind of funny, but the whole place is in an L-shape. When you enter, the bathroom and shower are to your right, and then the kitchen is connected to the hallway. The other end of the apartment expands into a sort of room with a TV and a couch that turns into a bed. The apartment bends, and at the end, there is a room with a large bed for two. So, if someone is asleep in the room between the kitchen and the end room, and you need to move from the end of the apartment to the kitchen or bathroom, you will most likely wake up everyone in the apartment because the floor loudly squeaks when you walk. - Bathroom sink was dirty, not well cleaned - Lighting covers were dusty - It was not cleaned under the bed - Toiletries were missing, except the soap and even after it was noted to the owning company, nobody brought them for us. - No door between the two rooms, so you are missing some privacy - 4th floor is more like 5th, not very much suitable for elders if its very difficult to climb the stairs, no elevator - Average Wifi speed, used to disconnect quite often

Clean, spacious, good location, easy self check in, well prepared kitchen. 1 metro station to go Alexanderplatz, well connected to public transport, several places to eat in the area.

The couch is not comfortable to sleep in, tv is always in the way an located on a fragile small table.

We were relocated and divided into different rooms for the first night out of three with very little notice and a cryptic excuse. This affected our plans on our main day as we had to stay in the hotel to relocate again to our actually booked room. It was difficult to get hold of the staff. Gabriel was very friendly and helpful and I don't blame him but the system doesn't really work, what we were offered in excuse did not compensate for the trouble and I tried to tell Limehome this. The elevator was broken and we never saw any maintenance.. Also, hardly any warm water in one of the rooms.. It's a shame because the rooms were great and location is great too! I would also like to see a place to store luggage on your last day...

The apartment was huge and comfortable, in a prime location for our trip

The apartment was directly above the U-Bahn, which could be heard slightly throughout the night. The shower in the main bathroom needed a door as it tended to flood the bathroom. The central heating did not kick in, so it was a tad chilly in the mornings.

The location is perfect, very close to public transportation. In-room facilities are complete and sufficient. Hygiene and cleanliness in the room is very good.. Balcony overlooking the garden is a great luxury especially for smokers like me.

One chair had a broken leg. WC cover was not fixed. But I don't see them as a problem.
