Lovely hotel on the busy Moselstrasse we had a front facing balcony room which was lovely. Parking is not so good we were travelling by motorcycle and despite paying for parking got a fine because motorcycles are not permitted to park in the area in front of the hotel

We loved this hotel. It is in the best location in Cochem, has wonderful staff and exceptionally clean. Parking is available at a nearby parking station. The views are wonderful and everything is at your doorstep. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night. A big thank you to the very pleasant and helpful staff.

No issues at all

The room is very clean, especially the bathroom! Bedroom is quiet, nice temperature and great bed. Staff speaks perfect English and super friendly. Breakfast is really good quality.

If I really have to think of one, I will say the room is a little bit dark.

This place was more than just a hotel - it’s location on the river was fantastic, the breakfast and cake shop were awesome, the surprise gluewein evening was huge with people coming from everywhere to join in (was approx 1 week before Christmas) and the staff were really lovely. It was just the perfect stay!

While it was in the middle of the energy crisis in Germany the room could have been warmer - but the bathroom was really warm and we slept like babies - so a very minor issue!

We were in an Attic room/sloping ceiling with no view except through small attic window but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They gave us the guestcard which provides free train/bus journeys along rhine/mosel and museum entry. Breakfast was ok but limited which was surprising as the whole ground floor is a good cafe/restaurant.

Awesome staff - super helpful and always full of culinary ideas and delights. Excellent breakfast/meals - they are one of the best restaurants in town and that’s obvious when you see the well crafted breakfast buffet and selection of drinks. pretty much everything is fresh everyday. Try the spezial Flammkuchen for a snack - really yummy. Best location - right in the heart of town at the river bank with clear views of the castle on several balconies & the decorated 1st floor veranda. We stopped here on the last day of a long road trip from Italy and it turned out to be better value for money than many of the places we had stayed at in more exotic locations on that trip. I plan to be back here just to chill over an autumn weekend.

The bathroom could be more modern but that’s high level nit-picking because the supplies were great and it was cosy.

Great location centrally located near bridge and market square. Nice clean en-suite room. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Would return!
