The hotel was in a great location but there was not a nearby parking space. The hair dryer did not work, but when we told them, they promised to take care of it. The service was great.

Great location to all the shops and restaurants in Cochem! The room was perfect just not the most comfortable beds.

Nice hotel in the Cochem promenade. Lots of shopping and restaurants options. Great breakfast selection and very friendly staff.

Very nice modern comfortable rooms. New bathrooms and very clean. Very welcoming and friendly reception from Peter and helpful advice on storing bikes in nearby garage overnight. Great breakfast included. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Property's location is excellent. Guest room are not so good. Small and espically small bathroom. We were only there for one night so made the best of it but would choose something else if staying more than one night. Don't like being in an old hotel for the night when Reception closes and goes home at 8 PM at night and there is no fire alarm system or sprinkler system in place only thing is a smoke dectector

Lovely small hotell that is wellcoming to small dogs. Clpse to the city center and nice restaurants a few minutes away. Altough not gated parking it still felt safe. Not verry noice proof between the rooms. Lovely service. Some specific check in times.

The hotel was very nice and had a balcony where we could see the river and the street below. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, great location in the town. Very sweet and helpful front office staff. breakfast was included and a pretty solid basic buffet style.

Great location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel very clean and surprisingly high quality inside my single room. Helpful staff and reasonable variety for breakfast. Good value for a 3 star hotel. My room backed onto the rear alleyway and was noisier late at night/early morning.

Overnight biking visit whilst hesd south. Grat hotel with own parking to safely park bike for the night

The Hotel was decent but nothing special, the room I had was ok it was a double but with a single bed so it was a bit bigger.

Hotel is along the river front with great access to everything, restaurants and the castle. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so very helpful. Cochem itself was a jewel we were glad to find!
