The location is perfect. The rooms were clean.

Scruffy exterior, full and unwelcoming.

The staffs were helpful. The location is good, just as offered. The wifi was strong.

The room was just oay, but the pillow sheet and one of the towels were rather not clean. No AC, only fans during summer was also challenging.

Really close to the mall and transport station, as well as other places in the city, the room was spacious and really clean, with access to smart TV apps, staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good space for baggage storage prior to check in

It’s right in the city so the rooms are quite loud, would recommend bringing ear plugs and shutting windows of a night. Plus there’s no air conditioning, although they do provide a fan which is nice

Location was excellent for all the top sites in Berlin. No breakfast, although we knew this on booking.

Good location.

I arrived at 20:45 and the hotel door was shut. There was no staff. The given phone number was obsolete. After eventually gaining check-in the place was like a student halls of residence. Few facilities in the room. Not a place I'll use again.

Clean enough. Good location.

There is no basic drinking water in the room. No kettle, no tea. There is a vending machine in the hallway. But only accepts cash. The reception could not exchange money. The machine could not be used. Oh! No air conditioning or even a fan.

We liked the big and spacious room and bathroom.

We missed some more storage spaces, especially in the bathroom. An additional shelve and a chair would be really handy. It was such a big bathroom with almost nothing in there to place things.

Good location, near metro and bus stops, bakeries nearby. Food delivery possible. Comfortable beds. Sponges, soap, dish detergent and laundry detergent were supplied. Free secured parking in underground parking lot.

Very thin walls, could hear all the neighbors speaking, even yelling until late in the night; we had to go knock on their door around 2 a.m. and ask them to make less noise. Upstairs, there was what sounded like, work being done, we could hear the furniture being moved and hammering etc. Even if the building was being renovated at this moment, this type of work should be done during the day! Also, we were on the fourth floor, with a small child, the railings are very low and I do not recommend this to any family travelling with small children, as they could easily fall through and down 4 stories... Also do not recommend to anyone who is afraid of heights.

Good location near from Jew memorial and Brandenburg Gate. Clean rooms.

Good location close to mall, quite a walk from centre of berlin but good transport links close by! very clean and had amenities needed for a short stay. Rooms cleaned daily during our stay

All rooms on ground floor

The apartment is excellent for such price ! Close to some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. For our stay there were no noise even though there were a lot of youngsters around. The apartment was also clean and definitely enough for 4 people. Would choose it for the next stay !

Everything was OK with apartment. The biggest issue probably is the parking thing - you must pay the deposit for the parking key and the key can be given back to the administration only at 11 o’clock (with possibility to give it back at 8 o’clock, if agreed in advance). We needed to check out earlier (at 7 o’clock) so we were not able to park our car at private parking and needed to find a parking place outside the hotel. Anyway, we find the place very easily as there were no a lot of people.

Perfect location, 2 min walk from Potsdamer Platz and 5 min walk from Brandendurger Tor.

Location is really good in the center and the price quite good. All in all there was silence at night. In general OK for a shower and sleep at night.

linens need to be replaced, there were yellow spots. At the positive side when I complained about the pillow cases they were replaced. No parking available for 15 euros. My tip here is to park after the Brandenburg Tor for free and at 22:00 bring the car outside of the hotel.
