Die Lage war in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Zu Fuss konnte man die Stadt in 20 min erreichen.

Teilweise unsaubere Stellen. Bei der Ankunft ein unfreundliches Personal, nachher waren alle sehr nett.

Für den Preis war das Zimmer angemessen. Das Personal im Haus sowie Bar war stets freundlich! Parkhaus unter dem Hotel mit direktem Durchgang.

Kleiner Raum ohne Schrank für die Kleidung. Teppichboden ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Die Matratze war auf einer Seite sehr "durchgelegen". Die Parkkosten / Tag wurden nicht wie beschrieben und tel. mitgeteilt mit 15.- Euro berechnet sondern mit 20.- abgerechnet.

Location was perfect ,Breakfast is what you would expect from Ibis with very limited choice .

Unfortunately it was a noisy neighbourhood and lots of noise coming through the windows while trying to sleep.

Great location, clean room, comfy bed. Great garage for bikes. We moved the bed to make it more workable for us...and of course replaced it when leaving We stay here every time we visit Frankfurt.

Bathroom door could not be closed. There were no body soap in the shower and Kleenex tissues. Called front desk and was told they would be bringing them to our room, but after about 2 hours no one showed up. Called again before they finally brought them to our room.

It was quite clean, spacious for a single bed, and had everything I needed.

100€ for one night is a little outrageous. Yes, everything was great, however, for 100€ I‘d at least expect included breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, parking is great but best to drop off luggage at front door as there is no elevator to take luggage up from garage.

No elevator from garage to hotel. Had to carry luggage up the stairs.

The hotel started renovations at 8 am. The sounds of a hammer drill did not let me sleep. The hotel staff didn't notice me about renovation. Also I booked 2 rooms, but when I arrived there was only one available.

they give me a room in the underground floor measure at maximum 6 m which was not at the time of the online booking

there is no soundproof at all whenever someone open the door in the morning you will immediately wake up. so you cant have a nice sleep at all.
