Location was amazing. A 3 minute walk to the river and about 5-7 minutes to the street full of restaurants and shops. The luggage lockers were perfect as we arrived a couple hours early. Room was very spacious and we loved the balcony. Would 100% stay here again when back in Zurich.

So quiet. Even the trams very nearly silent. Beautifully clean. Lovely furniture and details.
Nothing really! Completely automatic check in and out didn’t meet a soul the whole time I was there.

El modo de hacer el check in es muy cómodo, te facilitan el acceso al lugar y a las habitaciones. Te dejan agua, café y té de cortesía. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Excelente ubicación.

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was easy to get to from the train station (a little up hill so may recommend taking the tram). Also, the tram stops right outside the door so getting to the airport was easy as well.
The keyless entry using my phone was a little finicky. I followed the instructions to put the key on my phones home screen, but it would just pull up the hotel website and not my actual key. This could’ve been avoided by getting a physical key when I came in, which is an option, but I didn’t do it.

The room was clean and cheap for Zurich.
Not mentioned in the description is that this hotel is on a busy road with trams running outside from first thing in the morning until late at night. Really poor double glazing. The balcony is about 2m squared and half of it taken up by the a/c vent.
I left after after one very poor nights sleep.
No response to my complaints.

There wasn’t workers any moment I crossed the lobby. When I was leaving I wanted save my suitcases for a while to take a breakfast around and I couldn’t make it

The location was perfect and very accessible. The tram goes right in front of the hotel, ( "5min" ) from the train station. Close enough to town but not too close to be in the crowds. The room had nice surprises such as Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling, slippers, and water. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Self-check-in and check-out were very easy. Definitely would stay again no doubt.

was not clear to me, that this is a hotel without any (visible) employees. Not clear that you can check in, check out only online, not clear that there was no breakfast included respectively not available (as it is an online hotel).
Could not open the window as it was located towards a quite busy street - so it was very warm during the night.

Nothing special, maybe location
I was booking a room with a shower enclosure, however, my room was not equipped, and I had to take a shower literarily on the tile, no slippers, not comfortable. Room was tiny, and not the best service.

The suite where we stayed was very nice, modern and clean. The room and the bathroom were spacious and well designed. We liked the views too.
We didn't like the pillows because they were really thin and the lack of a second pillow option. We also didn't like the lack of cleaning service. We stayed there for 3 nights but the room wasn't cleaned or the towels changed.

Room was well furnished with modern design. It was quite comfortable room and clean as well. Self check in was very simple and easy. I really recommend this hotel.

i was in time to check in and i try to pay and thier machine not accept my card try to call or contact any person but nothing i went to other hotel and i paid normal and better hotel with same prices

Although we stayed during fall and weather was nice out we turn on the AC it was cover in dust.

The self-check in process was a nightmare, especially with two rooms booked...links sent for one room and not the other. It took time to sort. Complicated.
