Location and friendly staff
The rooms are completely non sound proof. I could hear every word of the conversation of my neighbor is at 1am who did not respect the quiet times but there was no one in reception to complain about it

Sehr sauberes Hotel in toller Lage mitten in der Altstadt (direkt neben der Seilbahn, welche die Stadt mit dem Bahnhof verbindet- perfekt für Reisende die mit dem Zug kommen!)
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, sehr süß, an meinem ersten Tag war leider nur mehr ein Brot vorhanden (09:15), an meinem zweiten Tag gab es fünf Sorten zum Auswählen. Leider kein Gemüse oder Aufstrich, wobei dies in der Region und v.a Italien nicht typisch wäre, daher ist es in Ordnung! Dafür viel Obst und auch ein paar vegane Optionen.
Das Fenster meines Zimmers lag direkt neben der Seilbahn, weshalb ich bereits sehr früh geweckt wurde. Generell sehr lärmdurchlässige Zimmer (ich konnte die Zimmernachbarn hören, auch Personen am Gang..)

Estuve en Lugano solo una noche como punto intermedio entre Zurich y Milan. El hospedaje fue ideal ya que esta muy cerca de la estación de tren, literalmente al lado del funicular que te lleva a la estación, la habitación era pequeña pero perfecta para uno y con cama muy comoda. Esta un poco escondido dentro de una galeria y no pude encontrarlo pero dos chicas que estaban en la zona me ayudaron a ubicarlo rápidamente y fueron muy amables. Desayuno buffet variado y completo. Excelente atención del personal y amabilidad durante todo momento.

This was a definite improvement on my previous visits. New staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious and reasonably appointed. Price was in acceptable relative to the fact that Lugano is an expensive location.

It super convenient location from the Bahnhof and to the town area & lake. Like the fact that it’s just situated next to the funicular and it’s free with our Swiss Travel Pass! Save us a lot of time & effort.

Excellent location. Close to the funicular and in the city centre. I really liked that they gave a chocolate on check in. the breakfast was good. Really great that they had lactose free items.

Excellent hotel ideally situated in the historic centre of Lugano. Immaculately clean, orderly and cordial.

I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy. stuff are very helpful.
The train from the hotel to main train station only 1 minute walking no need to take taxi.
