I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Sands 3, and I cannot express how delightful my experience was! From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and the warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. I’d like to give a special mention to Abdullah, the porter, whose service truly stood out. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with our luggage and questions made our arrival smooth and pleasant. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his cheerful personality added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Suraj from the catering staff. He was attentive and ensured that our dining experience was always enjoyable. Last but certainly not least, Manager Obed deserves recognition for his outstanding leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction. He was always available to address any concerns and made sure our needs were met. His approach to management is truly commendable, and it was evident that he genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests. While all the staff at Golden Sands 3 were remarkable, Abdullah, Suraj, and Obed made our stay particularly memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I stay here frequently & I like the location. It’s also budget friendly.

They reduced the size of the gym which led to many equipments being removed. The staff who is in charge of the gym created a scene for no reason I could understand. As soon as the travel season got over in May, the quality of breakfast went below par. The breakfast menu was cut short drastically

Location.

Even if you stay for 10 days, they will give only one water bottle on the day of arrival.remaining nine days. You won’t get water bottle. not at all value for money. Even coffee powder or milk powder or tea sachet, they just give you two piece in each per day. Don’t provide extra at all. 225 dhirams per days with out breakfast is not at all value for money. sometimes you get a five star property for 250 dhirams per day which is a good good deal.

My room was excellent during my stay at the Golden Dands Hotel. The whole staff wad very nice during my three weeks stay in Dubai.

They need everything in room replace with new furnitures.

Our apartment was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast selection was also good.

Our power went off one day for about 2 hours and this prevented us from having showers and from cooking dinner. So we had to order some meals. I ordered meals for my children with the man downstairs because I said they were really hungry - he said he would place their order. I then received a call from the kitchen asking what I wanted to order, so I ordered my own meal with her. An hour later my meal comes to my door but they haven’t ordered my children’s meals yet. They finally arrived 2 hours later. This was very dissappointing as my children were already in bed and had no dinner than night.

nous avions loué un appartement de luxe de 130m2 avec 2 chambres et 2 salle de bain Ménage très très approximatif( nous avons retrouvé sous le lit de nos filles un paquet de cigarettes vides et pleins de poussière/reste de gâteau), joints salle de bain sales,présence de reste de savon dans la baignoire des précédents locataires, eau chaude aléatoire. pour la cuisine : manque cruellement de vaisselle ( à notre arrivée : 1 fourchette, et 2 verres pour 4)qu il a fallu réclamer. Des placards immenses vides ( mais sales) mais rien pour cuisiner ( pas de passoire par exemple) seulement une casserole et une poêle. pas de cafetière. Il nous a fallu tous les jours réclamer des serviettes de toilette car il n y en avait jamais de déposer dans les salles de bain. Literie dure.

We really enjoy everything about staying at the Golden Sands Hotel Creek. The location was fantastic, really close to Al Ghurair mall and old town night markets. The breakfast had a wide choice of foods, all of which were top quality. The gym and pool facilities were excellent and the staff were very nice and very helpful. In particular, Saber, Faith, and Rubel were a pleasure to deal with. Rubel was very helpful throughout our stay with luggage and with advice on tourist activities.

The Kitchenette is not good at all. Needs to be upgraded and the space is extremely less. No good.

Very clean room. Everyday cleaning incl towels. Good air conditioning. Beds comfortable. Breakfast enough choices, and replenished all the time. Car Parking: Quite, Private with hotel key entry. Many shaded spaces available. Good supporting staff: While arriving in the middle of the night, and with a rattling AC, a technician arrived within 5-10 min. to try to fix the issue, however unsuccessful, an other room was provided! Also good services where we were able to borrow swimming pool towels to use on the beach! Very handy: Washing machine in the room! Also a drying rack and ironing board/iron was available.

Although a nice kitchen is available, it was lacking dish towels & detergent (or a dishwasher) to do the dishes. Not reported to the staff, but one of the two showers was not providing very warm water.

The hotel was excellent and also the support staff were very helpful. The hotel close to metro station where we could walk to the station.The hotel rooms were excellent and having nice facilities like Kitchen , washing machine etc. Housekeeping team is also helpful. We requested for a toaster and in 5 min they could arrange the toaster. Recommended to stay here.

The size of the apartment was good.

The smell The shabby room.. Was rather tired and not very well appointed The bed was like sleeping on a rock The seven stain on the blanket at the bottom of the bed was awful to discover too. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo and not enough tables.

Breakfast was an excellent large selection . Very good location only 10 minutes from the metro station . Apartment large and very clean . We thank especially cleaninglers who were from Nepal.Very helpful staff ,a big thank you mainly for Abdullah and Amit . I also want to point out that checking was very fast ,we thank the staff at the reception . Our stay in this place lasted 8 days and is rated to excellent . We can only recommend this accomodation to everyone .Thank you once again

Location and pay

a lot of inconvenience: we had to change rooms due to plumbing issues (sewer line backing up), the washing machine was not working, and complimentary items were out of stock (sugar, coffee powder, coffee mate, etc.). However, the staff's attitude was very peaceful, and they tried their best to keep us safe and sound through the inconveniences mentioned above.
