Check in went very smoothly. Polite and friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Location was OK.

The place is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. It’s between two main tram stations. The room has everything we needed.

The rooms were extremely small. While booking I did not have the choice to add the people who were traveling with me so it seemed like the booking for two rooms is only for one person. I tried to ask the hotel what’s going on and they asked me to pay more for the other people to access the included breakfast (even though the price while booking was for 4 adults). When we arrived they didn’t ask for the money thankfully.

bereits im Vorfeld habe ich über Booking eine Anfrage betreffend Badezimmer gestellt (in deutscher Sprache) da ich nach einer Woche noch keine Antwort erhalten habe, nochmals über Booking. Da kam nie eine Antwort. So habe ich die selbe Anfrage in deutscher Sprache per E-Mail geschrieben. Die Antwort kam dann in englischer Sprachen. In der Schweiz ist die Sprache deutsch, das ist sehr ärgerlich. Gemäss Ausschreiben wäre das Check in ab 14.00 Uhr möglich. als ich ankam, teilte man mir mit, das Zimmer könnte ich spätestens um 14.30 Uhr beziehen. ich wartete in der Hotelhalle. um 14.30 Uhr fragte ich nochmals nach. max in 10 Minuten war die Antwort. um 15.00 Uhr musste ich ohne vorher das Zimmer beziehen zu können wieder gehen da ich einen Termin in der City hatte

The restaurant is rather basic. The check-in and -out was slow; shortage of staff?

I like that the staffs, they were very nice, when I checked in the front Manager help us. Even one of the staff gave my son a toy and a chocolate. The room is not so big but it’s enough. The location is very good. Next to supermarket. 50 meter to Tram station. We like this hotel.

Maybe the light in the room can be brighter, would be nice 😎

Chambre confortable, très bien équipée, grande et bien insonorisée. Pas de supplément à payer pour l'accès à la piscine, au sauna et au spa. Hôtel très chic.

Le personnel à l'accueil ne parlait pas français, ils étaient peu nombreux. Il fallait donc faire la queue. Petits déjeuners très onéreux. Peu d'informations sur les services de l'hôtel. Pas de tarifs affichés. La hauteur du parking de l'hôtel, qui est en sous terrain, est limitée à 1.90m. Notre véhicule ne rentrait pas (il fait 1.97m de haut). Et ce n'était indiqué nulle part, à l'avance. Pas de carte de Zurich ni d'info sur les choses à visiter dans la ville, dans la chambre, ça aurait été un petit plus sympa.

The breakfast. The quality of the products should be improved. The fruit was not fresh, the pastry was not the best. But, it was good.

Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato nel letto un insetto ( la camera ci è stata sostituita). Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perchè tra i pochi dotati di spa e piscina: peccato che queste facciano parte di una struttura aperta al pubblico e che la piscina fosse inagibile ( senza comunicazione). Per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono 20 minuti di tram.

بعض موظفي الاستقبال. كذلك تم الخصم من بطاقتي مبلغ 60 فرنك سويسري عند المغادرة !!؟ لم تكن مذكورة بالحجز !!؟ كذلك ماء الشرب او الشاهي فقط اول ليلة. ثم رفضوا تزويدنا بمياه الشرب او لعمل الشاهي و القهوة !!؟ كانت تجربة سيئة حداً وذلك لضيق مساحة الغرفة بشكل غير معقول !!!؟

Ήταν κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ σταθμός τραμ και το τρένο από το αεροδρόμιο είχε στάση κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο

Le petit déjeuner était irréprochable. Un grand merci pour le monsieur qui m’a préparé une des meilleures omelettes que j’ai mangé dans ma vie.

Le personnel est assez froid. Personne n’a essayé de parler le français avec moi, ni de parler l’allemand ou l’anglais lentement. La chambre n’a pas de mini bar. La jacuzzi était froid, ainsi que l’eau de la piscine. J’ai commandé une pièce de bœuf au restaurant, on ne m’a pas demandé la cuisson. Quand je l’ai fait remarquer au serveur, il m’a répondu que c’était à moi de demander, sinon c’était « médium «  par défaut. La viande, dans ce cas, était trop cuite. Dommage.

Quarto muito pequeno e apresentação das frutas no café da manhã, não havia reposição devida das mesmas, quando as in natura acabavam não eram repostas. As travessas ficavam vazias.

The facility was nice and clean. The area was close to public transport. The staff was exceptional and the accommodations were comfortable.

The price for food and beverages are not great but fair for a hotel in Zurich

It is a good hotel in general. the staff is cooperative

they do not have a concierge. In addition, the room is not clean. It is too expensive. no free parking.

Adequate, clean, good supply of shower gels, moisturisers etc, close to trams, Migros, reasonably quiet, comfortable.

Our room was too small for a couple and we had 2 large suitcases plus other travel bags and found it too small to move about in. Bathroom very small also. Room was meant for single guest!.
