5 stars for the restaurant staff. They are friendly, trying to assist you (in particular the two Maitre D ladies: they are top professional. Food quality was nothing to write home about (typical international hotel food), but the ambiance and the care from busboys to Maitre D made the difference. In general, every employee are extremely friendly and helpful.

Room cleanliness and amenities are the reason why I'll never go back to the Mercure Seef hotel: To start with, bathroom towels are so old that they are frayed to an extent you wonder if you can dry yourself properly without destroying them (I stayed 2 nights and both times, the towels were in that terrible state), the first night there were no bath mat. I had the "pleasure" to clean myself the bathroom counter to remove a previous guest toothpaste remain. And don't make me start about overall cleanliness in particular in corners, or this table lamp in the bedroom that works intermittently, and... There is too much to list them all here!

Clean, good location, kind staff

They don’t provide more services like extra bed you have to pay for more one night fees to get extra bed, and you have to request everything like toothbrush and slippers.

Not clean. Smelled like cigarettes smoke and i got a smoke free room at the 10th floor .

The location is near to the mall, many restaurants and near to the main road, hotel Resturant is very good, the staff are very helpful and welcome you every time, the rooms are quit and comfy.

Non-smoking rooms are filled with odor of smoke.

Total 2 x towels were available in 2 x bedroom suite + 1 out of 2 was wet, had to ask them to change it and bring extra towels. No any toothbrush kits were available.

there is dust on floor and knob door pop out not tight by anything the furniture not clean.
