Immaculate restoration of a historical building. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the historic pedestrian area. Ski storage room off the street. Good breakfast.

Viajamos em família (casal e dois adolescentes), o quarto família é muito bom e amplo, possuí dois banheiros com banheira. O estacionamento público é próximo (duas quadras) do hotel e os hóspedes recebem um voucher de desconto. As dicas dos atendentes são boas e precisas.

O sinal de internet é ruim.

The location is unbeatable! View over the river and old city is fantastic. Staff are super friendly and helpful - I felt at home! Room was spacious and well-appointed - I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. As a solo traveller I felt super safe too. Breakfast was great too.

A charming small hotel directly across from the Inn River and old town. Very clean, comfortable and great location.

Location, parking

Gleat location, comfortable bed (except the pillowes), welcoming reception. They even kept my bag till the afternoon after checkout - great free gesture. Strongly recommended.

The pillows. They seem to be the same everywhere in Austria. The internet was slow and intermittent, but this was more likely a location problem with the mobile operators because my 5G was not performing well too.

Clean room, nice bathroom, good air conditioning, good view of town, very close to the centre of town.

Location awesome, as was able to walk over bridge into central Innsbruck & have dinner & walk around. Room was great for family, as we have double room, so kids in single beds & us in King. Breakfast was lovely, though were asked if we wanted cooked too late, as didn't know this was an option. Staff super friendly.

No kettle for cup of coffee or tea. No extra pillows & was needed as the pillows were so soft you had to bunch into a ball to make a decent pillow.

The hotel was centrally located and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, as well. The air-conditioning also worked well.

The room was extremely small with a single bed and had only one pillow. It was uncomfortable. The cable television did not work well possibly due to some issues with getting a signal.

Location is excellent, close to the Old Town area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The hotel bar "Innside Pub" is nice, worth a visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing significant to note.

I booked the hotel by the photos and the breakfast menu. It was just as described. I booked several rooms for friends and the front desk was very accommodating about splitting the bill between us. The breakfast was superb, along with the buffet there were eggs cooked to order. The location was perfect for walking into the city center and to the Nordkette gondola. They held our luggage until we were ready to take the train to our next destination.

That we only had one night there.

A nice, old building. The location was great and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room was nice: a starlight sky at the ceiling at night was a nice surprise. The room was also very clean.

We booked this hotel because the price was decent and it was supposed to have air conditioning. Well, it did have air conditioning but it didn't work very well. It was just some cool air coming near the window - and that wasn't enough. Breakfast was nice but it would have been even nicer if drinking water had been cold :)

Everything it was an excellent place to stay at.

The Hotel was in a very , very good location. It was only 20m's from the main bridge in the centre of Innsbruck that crossed the river. This means that you are only 200m's from the Golden Roof, shop's and the main centre of the city with all the great restaurants. The breakfast was very good and we had a room with a view over the river to the Old city it matched our expectations. The ceiling in the room when at night, when the light was switched off was completely covered in stars. "Magnificent".

The weather as it rained for one day. The bath towels were on the small size.

The location is perfect- set in a quaint row of historic buildings directly on the river, at the main bridge that takes you into the oldest part of the city, and situated with 360 degree spectacular mountain views. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet is nice, as is the room used to host the breakfast.

The rooms are sufficient, and basic with minimal flat decor and outdated furnishings/fixtures. However, everything is kept spotless clean and the rooms were workable. What the hotel lacks interior, it makes up for in location and exterior charm.

Room, service, attitude, breakfast, no coffee in the room either, not worth it at all. Could have found lot of hotels with great location. Would not recommend to any friends and family

No parking available on site for our car although discounted available a short distance away.
