Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück und eine sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Pools. Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte Tage!

Aufgrund der aktuell wenigen Touristen gab es leider fast kein Freizeitangebot, aber das war auch verständlich.

I was a bit worried before coming to the hotel as the comments I read about were either extremely good or bad. Luckily for me a had a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Some items to highlight from my experience: 1. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet style 2. Receiving n room upgrade upon our arrival. (Originally, we would have lateral Sea view but received a full sea view room) 3. Complimentary cake for my birthday from the hotel 4. Hotel staff was extremely friendly with me and my family (in general the hotel staff is extremely friendly with all kids) 5. Hotel staff was eager to complete my requests when I asked for something 6. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance from a private beach which is the perfect location for scuba diving and snorkeling as there are large coral reefs with lots of fish. 7. Plenty of activities you can do by the hotel as Tala Bay is "small"village" with restaurants shops, boat trips. You can do watersports such as sailing, kite-surfing, water ski ect.

While overall our stay was very pleasant there are few improvements that I would like to suggest for the hotel. 1. As the number of guests in the hotel for our last days reduced the buffet style dinner was switched to set menu. Set menu meant that everyone received soup of the day and choice of salad. For the main course you could order from the menu and finally fruit salad or dessert of the day was served. We found this initiative good to not waste food. Unfortunately, the staff was not ready to serve guest this way and also serving drinks was really slow. 2. Overall, we had no issue with the cleanliness of the hotel. The only improvement to recommend here is that the focus should be keeping things clean instead of hiding it. For example, we accidentally got a chocolate stain on the bed sheet which was not changed just flipped over to the clean side. 3. Although the hotel had a nice private beach by the sea the swimming area was not large as the beach was close to a port from which jet skis and boats travelled out. For this reason, swimming distance was limited from, the shore and you could not swim to the reefs. 4. The water in the pools were extremely cold. It would have been nice if they got heated up at least a little so they could be used.

We like the concept of the Resort. Swimming pools for kids, Sea with Sunbeds, small shop for suvenirs, very good restaurant. Near Tala Bay Resort are another Resorts, where you can come by walk. We found some restaurants, coffe bar, pharmacy, there is beautiful port. You can order the trip Road by Boat. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The Resort is Little bit old and the bathroom was dirty. What was big problem for us - music in the bar was playing till midnight and some guest were loudly speaking and smiling at 2am. I had to call and Go to the reception and solve the problem. I except in the Resort Like this more security guides to stop people Like this.
