Wirklich groß, sauber, unglaublich gepflegt und das absolute Highlight war das mega Korallenriff direkt am Strand des hotels - wirklich schön und vielfältig und sooo viele Fische! Das Essen war auch echt gut, wobei ich das Buffet besser fand als die meisten Restaurants hier. Unser Zimmer war echt sauber und schön, da hat mir nichts gefehlt.
Das Personal war für mich fast etwas aufdringlich freundlich, mir wars zu viel, aber das muss jeder selbst wissen. Und das WLAN war oft eher schwach und wackelig - aber überall auf dem Gelände verfügbar.

This is definitely the nicest hotel I have ever been to. I only can recommend it to everyone. It is extremely clean, good location, people are very very friendly and helpful. No wishes stay unnoticed and reacted. Food is excellent, service is perfect. Karem, our room attendant is particularly precise and committed to make our room clean and spotless.

We have been looking at a lots of hotels before deciding and we made the very good decision finally. If you want to visit Egypt and want to relax in a friendly, clean, beautiful and all-wish-comes-true environment, you do not need to look for an other one. Lots of services, entertainment programs and various dining possibilities made our stay unforgettable. All the people we met were extremely friendly and helpful and just made our stay more enjoyable.

Special thanks to both Mr. Sayed "Reception Manager" and Mr. Saeed "Italian Restaurant Manager". They are so helpful, supportive and extremely freindly. They really made our stay worth it.
All the staff is cheerful and polite. Thanks to all.
My next visit to Hurghada will difinitely be in this resort.

Everything was great but the best thing about the resort is the service. The staff is excellent, everyone works so hard and always with a smile on. They always try to accommodate you. The beach is great and the reefs are excellent for snorkeling. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is really tasty with a lot of choice. Would definitely recommend.
The one less good thing is that it can be noisy at night. As light sleepers, both me and my husband got woken up quite a few times by tourists in adjacent rooms or work being done around the gardens.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, and any request was handled promptly. The food and restaurants were top-notch, and I enjoyed several meals during my stay.
