I loved everything about the hotel. Our room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and they gave us the option to pick what type of mattress and pillows we wanted. They also decorated the bed and gave me a cake for my birthday. The hotel was walking distance to the mall. Just a overall great location. Favorite thing was the room.

The only thing I didn’t like was one of the female staff members in the dining area during breakfast. She was a bit rude and told us to change in front of everyone instead of putting us to the side and telling us in a professional manner.

I have been in many 5* hotels , but that one stands out . The staff is very friendly and happy with attention to details , everything you ask being action immediately , the hotel smells amazing like a French perfume , breakfast is great with a good variety of food and drinks. The location is the best , just in front of Burj Khalifa and the Fountains. The hotel it connects to Souk AL bahar ( place with restaurants and shopping ) and that connects to Dubai Mall . Its 5 minutes walk to the Souk to the Dubai Mall .

Central location, we are in the swimming pool looking at Burj Khalifa, that's a dream. Friendly staff when approached.

I booked a room with fountain view, but in the check-in I was told that the room had limited fountain view, as all rooms have. So, be careful with your expectations on this. Breakfast with limited options, some of the stations were recurrently empty. Someone please teach the egg guy how to do proper eggs. Some minor details which in several 5 star hotels in Dubai e Abu Dhabi we have not encountered: we are 4 in a room but only 3 bath towels were recurrently available; nobody asked us during the stay how were we doing, if everything was ok, ...

Breakfast is OK, location is great, with great fountain view, also the Khalifa tower is right in front of our window.

Breakfast is bit lack of varieties, but still OK, swimming pool is a bit small, but not to bad, can't complain much.
