عدم الاهتمام بالعميل مجرد تستلم مفاتيح الغرفة فقط
وعلى رغم سكني الكثير بالفندق عدة مرات وبغرف عديدة إلا انهم لم يقدموا لي اي ترقية بالغرف او تقديم ضيافة من فواكه وغيره

الفندق جميل ونظيف . الموظفين قمة في الأخلاق والتعامل
اسلوب راقي . سهلين . و متعاونين . الغرف جميله و كل شي في الفندق جميل . خاصة وجود القهوة والتمر في بهو الفندق روعه .
سأعود للسكن فيه ان شاء الله.
تأخرت الطيارة . فمددوا الخروج عندي إلى الساعه 5 عصرا عن طريق
الاستقبال أعتقد اسمها ليلى شكرا لهم جميعا .
لم يعجبني السجاد الموجود في الغرف يحتاج تغيير

The location and the restaurants in the hotel and the lobby
I left the room in the morning and switchef the clean my room botton i came back after 4 hours they didn't clean my room
But it's exceptional because i should call them asking for that rather than switch the botton

I loved the location, privacy, design of the villa and facilities, as well as the hotel staff
I expected there to be a welcome hospitality. Like a basket of fruit or chocolate, but there was nothing only water.
