Room service is excellent. Rooms are kept very clean. Location is good, hotel territory is very nice. Good free WiFi.

Very central easy access to everything close to the beach. Check in was with Bassam quick and professional, was kind to find me a good comfortable room for me and the family. His colleague Al Mohrah was great also, she remembered me from my last stay, super elegance and professional. 10put of 10 for both. Housekeeping also super nice and quick in completing our needs.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, professional and welcoming. The location is optimum and the sea view is amazing.

At around 8 am, there were creepy noises coming from upstairs, it seemed to be they were cleaning. Unfortunately, these noises didn't stop until around 10:30 am. Another thing is that despite the fact that the hotel is located only 100 meters or less from the beach, it does not have a gate or direct access to the beach. The main entrance is in the opposite side.

I can’t tell what I did like because everything was more than perfect the room , location , definitely next travel to Al Khobar I’ll book it again

The location and the View is simply amazing and the female staff was friendly and helpful when we checked out.

I booked my room because it has access to royal lounge and regular lounge access found that there were only one lounge and there is no royal lounge. lounge serving few snacks and cheap coffee machine. if i had known this i would booked the noraml room and wouldnt go for upgrade.
