מיקום המלון נהדר מצד אחד משקיף על הדנובה וצד אחר על הירוק המהמם. מלון נקי ויפהפה , הספא היה נפלא וגם הטיפולים שקיבלנו. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נפלאה במגוון רחב. לסיכום מקום נהדר ומומלץ.

יחס של איש אחד שעבד בקבלה, שהתברבר בחשבון וקילל (במקרה משהו שהבנתי)עד שהגיע מישהו אחר ופתר את הבעיה.

NOTHING, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

A Horrendous Stay at Ensana Grand Margaret Island I recently stayed at Ensana Grand Margaret Island in Budapest and felt utterly deceived by the exorbitant price I paid for a 3-night stay. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted with a horrendous smell, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Despite repeatedly calling the hotel staff and informing the reception via WhatsApp chat (see attached screenshot), no one responded or took any action. The hotel staff was incredibly unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns. The breakfast was another major letdown. Although there were numerous options, the food quality was abysmal—mostly processed and nearing its expiry date. Nothing was fresh. This experience left me extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and choose one of the many better options in the city. Avoid Ensana Grand Margaret Island at all costs!

Frühstück, Wellnessbereich, Freundlichkeit vom Personal, die Lage und gute Öffi-Verbindung in die Stadt, die Einrichtung des Hotels und generell der gute Zustand. Alles perfekt, daher absolut eine Empfehlung und auch Preis&Leistungen haben gepasst.

It was a clean facility. Good cleaning of the rooms even if we asked for no cleaning.

There were no lactosfree yohurt but they had some kind of milk for the coffee. The coffee was watery and cold. The service when I asked for yoghurt was poor. No one could pop out to pick up lactosfree yoghurt for me, even if we were staying for 4 days. The thermal water is not really thermal water. It is mixed up with regular water. I wrote tge hotel in advance to make sure we would not get a room were there had been a dog before because I'm allergic, they asked me to upgrade. If I wanted a room were I could be sure there had been no dogs I had to upgrade to the most expensive room. Or ask the staff when I check in. When I got to the hotel to check in he looked at me like I was an idiot. First he didn't answer me, I asked him again and he mumbled that he didn't think there had been any dogs in the room he was giving us. Service minded! Do you not know the your customers are you bread and water.

Very nice old-style hotel located on beautiful Margaret Island in Budapest. Perfect for relaxing holiday. Rooms spatious, clean and comfortable with large windows overlooking the park, bathroom more modern and updated - excellent shower. Underground tunnel to spa facilities and thermal pools next door open 7-21h. Bathrobes and towels provided, no extra charges. Breakfast good with lots of choices. Parking in front of the hotel. Easy to get around and to the centre by public transport (bus 26 stops just behind the hotel). Hotel staff helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

Wifi a bit slow. A/C in room could be updated (imagine this would be an issue in the summer, but in the fall it was no problem - just left the windows open).

Vše OK, super welnes i snídaně, do centra se lze dostat za solidní cenu Boltem.

Otravné emaily, zprávy na whatsApp , které mi přicházely každý den z Hotelu několikrát. Jak se na mě těší, jak jsem se vyspinkal, jestli něco nepotřebuji. Když něco potřebuji, tak zajdu na recepci i bez emailu.

Spa området trænger til en opjustering, og personalet kontrollerer ikke at gæsterne går direkt i thermo pools uden at vaske sig først, og de varme pools kan udvikle mange bakterier og sygdom for gæsterne, så det kan ikke anbefales at bor her. Endvidere var restauranten efter morgenmaden. Så alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse

Tolle Lage auf der Margareteninsel. Therme durch Keller erreichbar. Prunkvoll gestaltetes, sehr großes Familienzimmer. Frühstück in Ordnung - nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger. Gerne wieder!

Rustige omgeving. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Makkelijke communicatie via whatsapp. Extra attentie voor verjaardag.

Wat ouderwets interieur. Niet echt klassevol. Kleine badkamer ( wel modern). Toch telkens bus moeten nemen nr centrum.

The location on the island is great, you can go running, visit the fountain, little zoo and many more. Hotel spa is nice, you have to go through the tunnel to the neighboring hotel, but it was fun. The dinner in the neighboring Ensana hotel is great buffe. We enjoyed it.

The room is large, but smelled like cigarette smoke and felt filthy (room nbr 361). We put the sign "proper cleaning" on the door and it was just quick room refresh. The breakfast is ok, however the coffee machines were old and coffee not good, the plates were most of the time empty. The surroundings of the hotel, and hotel corridors need proper cleaning and decluttering and organizing. Exceeding furniture, hoses, tables ...

ארוחת הבוקר היתה הרבה מעבר לסטנדרט המקובל בבתי מלון אירופאיים, אף כי לא היה כל שינוי במרכיבי הארוחה לאורך הימים. במהלך סוף השבוע אף היו בקבוקי פרוסקו לשתייה . . . .

איכות המזרנים בחדר היתה די לא נוחה
