The breakfast was poor, the omelet way too salted, as we could not eat it

I paid to the Booking.COM Booking.COM did not pay to the Hotel. Hotel refuce to issue the invoice - I still do not have the invoice for my paiment/stay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MEEEEEESSSSSSS !!!!!!!

During my stay - I was the last person important to the reception. Each and every service to the client was the "last one" . ...." please wait" I was asked to wait for every and each action like the last one for the service !!! The lady in the office has time for every one but not for the customer waiting after hours of his day driving trip !!!!!! They live for their own live keeping visitors for the desert. I still do not have my invoice after few days of pauyment to BOOKING.COM. Sttrange that booking.com does not nothing ??? after few days - or maybe Hotel does nothing ???? Wojciech

- the property is NOT fully pet-friendly. You CANNOT leave your dog in a room for a day. They will tell to you this rule while checking in when your stay is paid, and your visit is planned. I had no idea it is possible. It was a big surprise. Even if your dog is calm, even if it doesn't bark, they just had some bad experiences, so it is prohibited. This rule is not mentioned anywhere. They suppose you should ask it...; I had to find a dog sitter to be able to visit all the planned places. This is a DESCRIMINATION because my dog is super calm and can sleep the whole day if stay at home alone. So it didn't make any sense. And it is not discussable. The staff just called the hotel manager and he said "No dogs in a room". - breakfast is bad. Very limited and tasteless; - loud place. 50% of the rooms have a road view and there is a bus stop in front of the windows. There was traffic throughout the whole night (not heavy); - the hotel seems not to have any soundproofing. I woke up on Saturday because of some guests laughing out loud in the lobby (our room was on 1 floor). The staff could not make the guest be calm and more respectful in the morning.; - no strongbox in a room; - the room and the bed are not comfortable; - old furniture; - battery leaks.

We were so lucky to booking this hotel. Everybody was so nice and we will be back. 🫶❤️
