Kvalitní postel.
Na první pohled jsou pokoje jako na fotografii. Na druhý pohled, potrhaný závěs apod. Recepce, restaurace by potřebovali renovaci…

The room was very big and clean. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of choice. The staff spoke Russian, the girl at the reception was very hospitable. There is a free transport service from the airport to the hotel that will take you and bring you back.
The installations were quite old

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Good breakfast and vicinity to the Prague Airport is a big plus.

The hotel has the airport transfer for free and easy from the airport to the hotel and vise versa, but a bit far from the city centre, we have to take bus for about 20min (the bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel)
The hotel design wasn't modern style but clean

The room was clean and tidy. The night time staff were very helpful and the free transfer from terminal to hotel was beneficial.
The curtains in the bedroom didn't close all the way, the room was also very noisy and you could hear the toilets of surrounding rooms flush. The breakfast was poor: cold things were warm and sweaty from sitting out for so long and warm items were cold. The worst aspect was the day time staff... I asked the receptionist a question (I was standing right in front of her) and she didn't even acknowledge my presence... it was beyond rude. She was also rude to everyone I observed. The driver running the transfer from hotel to terminal was rude and literally shouted at guests, threw us around the minibus and quite clearly did not want to be there.
I would not stay at this hotel by choice, and only stayed there because we were stranded by our airline who cancelled our flight and provided no assistance.

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped with arranging a transport. Driver was excellent and ever so polite.
Room was really quiet regardless outside noises from nearby airport.
Room was very clean.
Cannot fault anything.

Arriving to late for a train home I choosed to stay here for a night. Transfer readily available just give them s call. Breakfast is excellent.

My second time in this hotel, so I knew what to expect. Comfortable, clean, convenient, and quiet location with an option to get a shuttle to the Terminal you are flying from. Great value for money. Staff is super friendly.

Spend 15 minutes on hold when trying to call for the shuttle bus, never got through and had to take public transport. When I told the lady at the desk about this, she was rude and unapologetic.
The hotel is at terminal 3 (private jet terminal) not at the passenger terminal.
I do not know how they have a 7.7 rating on Booking. For what they offer they are overpriced.
For people looking at this hotel I would suggest to look at the reviews from worst to best, and you will get a good feel for what to expect.

The room was nicely warmed up when I arrived, the bed was comfy. Bus stop to the city center was about a minute away and there is a complimentary shuttle to the airport if you ask for it. No restaurants around except the one in the hotel which I haven't tried. There is a shopping mall called OC Sestka nearby, if you walk, it will take you approx. 15 min to get there.
The tv was not working, but I was too tired to complain about it. I could also hear a person talking in a room next to me, so I suggest reviewing your soundproof systems as it is very important people can rest before their flight and not be bothered by any noise. Thank you.

Close to the airport for a decent price
Shower was missing a panel which cause water to go everywhere in the bathroom when using it.
We asked for a double bed, ended up getting two single mattresses put together which was not very comfortable.
Rooms were also very hot

you have to pay for a bottle of water that’s normally offered for free on arrival in less star hotels. this must be the only Ramada I stayed in and paid for bottle of water. for some insignificant but I think it’s a good manners and custom to offer free bottle of water, this hotel isn’t cheap
renovations were very noisy and early morning.
Don’t bring any suggestions to the manager, he’s not willing to listen and will always say it’s the bosses above him and not him. he can’t do anything.

Check-in at the counter and fast shuttle ride to the airport.
The price change for our room. On line the price was different from the price at the counter. When I asked the attendant he told me that is not their fault, it was done by Booking Co. Because of that I won't plan to use Booking again for booking my hotels etc.

botel is too expensive. Even water cist 3 eur in the room. rhere was no shampoo in the shower.

Shuttle was very convenient. Close to a couple bus lines to get around town inexpensively.
Water left in room was very expensive to purchase. Seemed kind of a petty thing to do at that quality of hotel. First greeting at check in was very unpleasant. After that though everyone was nice and helpful.
