The room was clean and tidy. The night time staff were very helpful and the free transfer from terminal to hotel was beneficial.

The curtains in the bedroom didn't close all the way, the room was also very noisy and you could hear the toilets of surrounding rooms flush. The breakfast was poor: cold things were warm and sweaty from sitting out for so long and warm items were cold. The worst aspect was the day time staff... I asked the receptionist a question (I was standing right in front of her) and she didn't even acknowledge my presence... it was beyond rude. She was also rude to everyone I observed. The driver running the transfer from hotel to terminal was rude and literally shouted at guests, threw us around the minibus and quite clearly did not want to be there. I would not stay at this hotel by choice, and only stayed there because we were stranded by our airline who cancelled our flight and provided no assistance.

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped with arranging a transport. Driver was excellent and ever so polite. Room was really quiet regardless outside noises from nearby airport. Room was very clean.

Cannot fault anything. Maybe more milk sachets 😉

Easy pick up and leaving at airport. perfect if you need fly early in the morning. really clean room.

Arriving to late for a train home I choosed to stay here for a night. Transfer readily available just give them s call. Breakfast is excellent.

My second time in this hotel, so I knew what to expect. Comfortable, clean, convenient, and quiet location with an option to get a shuttle to the Terminal you are flying from. Great value for money. Staff is super friendly.

Spend 15 minutes on hold when trying to call for the shuttle bus, never got through and had to take public transport. When I told the lady at the desk about this, she was rude and unapologetic. The hotel is at terminal 3 (private jet terminal) not at the passenger terminal. I do not know how they have a 7.7 rating on Booking. For what they offer they are overpriced. For people looking at this hotel I would suggest to look at the reviews from worst to best, and you will get a good feel for what to expect.

The room was nicely warmed up when I arrived, the bed was comfy. Bus stop to the city center was about a minute away and there is a complimentary shuttle to the airport if you ask for it. No restaurants around except the one in the hotel which I haven't tried. There is a shopping mall called OC Sestka nearby, if you walk, it will take you approx. 15 min to get there.

The tv was not working, but I was too tired to complain about it. I could also hear a person talking in a room next to me, so I suggest reviewing your soundproof systems as it is very important people can rest before their flight and not be bothered by any noise. Thank you.
