Hotel slouží jako ubytovna před odletem z letiště Havla do zahraničí,průchozí místo,většinou se spí jen část noci,bez snídaně.
Pokud bych měl vytvořit osobu absolutně nevhodnou recepční sedící na recepci,tak přesně taková tam seděla. Nepříjemná,odsekávala,absolutní naštvání v obličeji,byl na ní vidět odpor k práci! Tak má vypadat recepční? No to snad ne! Pokud bych byl ředitel hotelu,šla by na minutu!

The property was very clean. The room was very nice comfortable they offered a breakfast in the morning which was good very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle, which was good if you’re coming from the airport or going to the airport it’s an ideal place to stay
What was not very convenient for the area there are not very many food establishments close by this place does not offer anything at night and restaurants in the area are quite a distance away. You would have to cab it or try to walk. It would be a fairly big walk I think Bus transportation may be a little vague if you were staying there to get to Prague or into the city

The room size was good.
Horrible breakfast. It seems that the bread and croissants given were not fresh. Very limited number of items and quality of the food given were low quality. When I booked the hotel, it was said that free airport shuttle will be there. But later I got to know that free shuttle is only for drop to airport and not for pickup.

The family room was perfect for 3 people. Our room for 2 was just as good. It was clean and super close to the airport. Very easy to get to.
The breakfast was great too.
Staff could have been warmer. Very terse.

Clean and efficient and close to the airport.
The “shuttle” service to the airport was someone who was called to take me to airport. He was confused when I told him which terminal then wasn’t sure if it was to the airport. We needed to go back in because he did not speak English. I do not speak their native language however why would you book a driver to take someone to the airport who could not understand them, or where they were supposed to take them. Very disappointing and discouraging for what is supposed to be a hotel for travelers to be a quick turnaround time to the airport .

The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. When we asked about eating somewhere close, we were told there is only pizza close by, but there were many restaurants close to the hotel. We never got any breakfast either, noone told us that we need to pre-order breakfast takeaway. When we asked to organise a taxi for the next day, the receptionist wasn't pleased that we wanted something extra from her. We won't be back!

Close to the airport, A/C worked well (not obvious in the Czech Republic), spacious rooms, free parking next to the hotel entrance.
Bathroom doors had no locks, staff was a bit unpleasant.

The SkyHotel Prague was the perfect option for our need to spend one night near the airport. The location is perfect - 10 minutes from the airport and a free shuttle. The rooms were clean and comfortable and free breakfast is a plus!

No hot water at night in the hotel (you can take shower during the day ONLY) !!! No toothbrush, no slippers. Room had a lot of hair. Minibar did not work. Airport transfer is just a taxi by bolt. Breakfast is the worst I have seen in any hotel. Much noise from planes. Neighbourhood is abandoned and nothing to do if you have free time. Small room. Avoid this hotel. I have no idea how it has 4 stars!
