Location was excellent with good local links to public transport. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The location is fantastic: it is a short walk from the Old Town Square. Despite this, it wasn’t very loud or busy. The space in the single room is well-utilised: it is laid out in a way that it doesn’t feel cramped. The staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom shower was blocked. There was a musty smell in the room. The weather was pleasant at night so there was no need for a fan or air con, but it would be missed in the hotter season.

The location is good. The breakfast is ok. The room is neat. The staffs are friendly.

The actual charging is 5% more than the booking price, because of the trick played in the exchange rate. The room is located in a very old building, so don't expect good air conditioning there. Some facility is also missing and cleanness for a 3 star hotel. The Hotel price is generally higher than it's worth, maybe it's the same for every hotel in Prague.

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. In my opinion the best location in Prague. They offer tea and coffee for free at the reception at anytime.

The only thing I didn't like the fact that there is no option to open the building with your room card key. Everytime you go in to the hotel you have to ring the bell and wait for the receptionist to open for you. Can get annoying a bit and I find it rather controlling. Bf can be better

Excellent location, 5 minutes from anywhere. Extremely clean! We highly recommend it!

Location is excellent, really close from both Namesti Republiky as also Starometske Namesti. We did not need to take the metro since everything is close. Breakfast had many different options, including vegan ones. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, impeccability was present all around. Bathroom was pleasant. No sounds from the outside could be heard which is also a great point. Thank you so much for your Birthday present! Overall we loved the hotel and are looking forward on returning next spring. Thanks!
