Great room, easy check-in. Really clean and comfortable, it looks really good for its price.

It would be nice to announce the advertised on-side EV charging isn't actually available if you arrive past a certain hour. I had to get up early in the morning and waste time charging somewhere else, because I couldn't charge overnight, even though this was one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel.

Good location near exit autostrada and not far from city center. Enough parking space

A bit old and out of style, I constantly smelt cigarette smoke in the room on 4th floor and in the stay (for work) of 3 night I was surrounded by young people making a lot of noise until 1 AM.. breakfast poor, we got a hand written note with room nr to show you paid for it.. more a hostel than a hotel

Everything was excellent, kind staff, comfortable room, good price.

Location is easy to find and parking is in the building and free. Room was average sized. Couldn't find fridge in my room. City is not too far to get food and shopping.

Location closest to the highway, few km to center of the city.

After a staff confirmed everything was ok at check-out, few hours later we got charged without invoice using my credit card for reporting a clogged shower, which we didn't clogge in the first place. Called them the same day to report ineligible transaction. Four days later we came again to hotel trying to solve the problem personally to receive my money back or get an invoice or any other explanation... going home with "please call next week".

We can hear the people in the corridor, in the other rooms like if they sleep next to you Close to the highway too

As a wheelchair user it was very accessible with the most amazing shower! There was a warm welcome and the lady on reception was keen to advise us on what to see in Verona. They were all friendly and keen to make our trip as comfortable as possible. Nice breakfast even had gluten free options. Thanks

Nothing I can think of! Great place to stay especially for the price. Was a little out of town but we knew this when we booked it and it didn’t cause any problems as we had a car.
