the apartments with sea view were beautiful, very friendly staff and beautiful view of both beach and Monte Monaco

no dish detergent, had to buy whole bottle for ourselves. no insect nets for window/balcony

the photos of rooms are not same as in reality, there were some stain marks on everything, everything is old, check-in time is very bad and also the staff is not so helpful, one of our rooms were flooded in the shower, water was not going inside. the smell in the rooms is awful and you will think that rooms never been opened before. also on one of the towels it was hair!

I liked a lot the view, the kitchen with all the dishes, microwave and all the stuff to cook and eat. The main room was big and comfortable and the pool was really nice. I liked a lot the private park in front of the room and the position that was the best, really close to the centre.

There were problems with bathrooms. In one bathroom the water heater was not on and we had to find the button to put it on. Showers were not so clean and in one there was an used and open bath soap. I also booked a room for 4 people and there was only one double bad, the other two people had to sleep in the sofa bed.

Good Location and great sea view

The Offered breakfast was only toast sandwiches and croissant at the pool bar, the sound insulation is very bad. We were woken up several times by neighbors entering their apartment and talking in the corridor.

The pool is nice and clean.

As it is a 4 star hotel it should be more modern as it seems it has not been refurbished for a long time. In the terrace umbrella all broken and rusted table.

It was just at the edge of the city centre,close to the beach.A nice swimming pool in front of the apartment.Quiet enough.Clean.Parking lot at the place.We would choose again!Thank you.

Hard to find something... But maybe the basic spaces and olive oil would be nice at the kitchen equipment...

They really had parking on the site which seems to be very rare for entire Sicily! They are really generous with towels!

The accomodation is not at all 4 stars, it is maximum 2...at best! The apartment furniture is old, squeeky (if you open the doors in the night be prepared to wake the entire family up!), warn out, the chairs at the balcony are rusty and the rooms were not clean! In the evening of our 2nd day we did not have water but it was 11pm and did not have energy to complain. The shower is exceptionally small and uncomfortable...We took the "room with the view" but nowhere it is mentioned that it is basically on the main pathway and as soon as you open the door to see the view everyone passing by can look inside...so we kept the doors closed.

It was an excellent location, really close to the beach and to the main street of San Vito. The facilities were great and the staff was sooo friendly and entertaining! We enjoyed a lot the stay

If we could wish something ist that the shower would be more clean and tidy.

Location was awesome and no noise. I slept like a baby.

Shower temperature was fluctuating hot cold.

Very very basic facilities for a 4 star hotel... designated parking is definitely a bonus, rooms are in need of some renovation.
