I did not like having to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. The room was smaller than I perceived from the website picture.

Everything was smooth and good, except one thing which is very disappointing is cleaning room person entered the room without knocking. Beside this Bathroom, was quite small

Location was nice and the breakfast was good. The room was small but had everything I needed.

The walls are very thin, I could hear other people urinating, talking, kids crying and the phone ringing at the front desk. I tried to air out the room and everytime I opened a window, cigarette smoke came in. If you are a light sleeper, I would not stay here.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Gave great suggestions for restaurants. Loved pizza place and gelato next door. Excellent location. Arranged water taxi to train station. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. Will stay here again when we return.

The location is excellent, close to Rialto Bridge with lots of restaurants and shops all around. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices for every taste. I had an economy single room with was small but very well set up - I loved kit. Staff were so friendly - from reception to breakfast to cleaning staff.

Amazing hotel right in Venice. Close to everything you want to see and do. Easy to find and wonderful staff happy to help whenever you need. Lovely rooms and bed was super comfy. A great place to set up for Venice.

The bathroom was outdated and the shower needed replacing, but it was a great location. There are also no screens on the windows, so leaving these open for fresh air brings in the mozzies.

Nice location, close to the Rialto bridge and St Marco square. Very clean place if only a little small, but they have done a great job with the space available, after all this is Venice and one can only do so much. Good international style breakfast (ie not just coffee and snack).

Not directly related to the hotel itself but the way one gets around to find places in Venice. Google maps doesn't work and so one tends to go around in circles meeting the same people who are lost just like you but going a different direction now. Places that are very close may take an hour to finally find. Have heard people swear in many different languages.........

Great location right at the center. Our room facing a side street was quiet. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Everything was very clean. Generous breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

We recommend to put some insects nets in the windows - we had to get rid of 1-2 mosquitos every night to enjoy a quiet sleep.

Very nice stay in the centre and nearby to Venice. Breakfast was nice but was repeated on the 2nd day as well.

No elevator, upper floors can be reached only by stairs

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I had in any hotel ever. The location was excellent too. 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge and 10m to San Marco. The staff was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and relaxed. You'll feel at home. The family loved it too. The room was always very clean and there was very little noise, which is a rare find in hotels in my experience.

In our room, the bathtub could use some shielding to prevent splashes. The mattress could be better. And that's it, the rest was great!

The location is great. Rooms are same as on photos, cleaned up every day, towels changed. Hotel employees are always ready to help. Breakfast was ok.

Our room had a view on the main street. Unfortunately the isolation is not good enough and it was super noisy. in addition our neighbors had kids, so every our morning & every evening started with hearing crying kids. During our stay I didn’t slept well at all… That’s weird but there was no blanket in the bed, however night in September can be pretty cool.
