Perfect location in the centre of Assisi, great service and very nice staff, great breakfast. From early morning one is awaken by the beautiful smell of freshly baked croissants and bread. Super clean and the staff are very helpful. WiFi access through the hotel - all over.

Cannot change much - be prepared that the rooms are very small but enough for sleeping and to keep your belongings.

This hotel is the second closest to the Church of St Francis. As soon as you step down the stairs, look right and the church is there. The front desk manager Mimosa is very gracious and helpful. The digital lock at the front door helps alot, no physical key to lug around. The place is very quaint, cute, cozy. Would definitely try to stay here again when we come back. And we will be back again.

Everything! It was the perfect location and it was a very nice place. Host was good too! I will definitely go back! Perfect for small families, partners, and small group. We were able to book 3 rooms - a group of 7 people! Sunset is also near the place :)

Nothing really! But if you have big luggages, take note that most of the places in Assisi are stairs, so you have to carry. :) But this place was comfy, perfect location, and the host was really warm and welcoming.

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful location, wonderful establishment.... in short all you need for a perfect stay in Assisi Ideally for couples travelling alone.

Nothing that could have been better other then parking is about 800m away, but that is not the fault of the hotel. It is what it is if you go to Assisi. You can temporary park in front of hotel to load/unload.

Excellent location, very comfortable small hotel, super friendly and helpful owners and staff. Highly recommended and would surely book again.

Everything about the hotel was great, i had a nice rooftop view of the city from our room. The breakfast was nice, it was a la carte but with waiters due to COVID-19 restrictions. It is a little walk to the sites, but for the value, and also the fact that they had private parking, it was well worth it

Breakfast is worthwhile, lots of food at that price and yummy! Location is excellent, so close to church, good for pilgrims!

There is no one attending the hotel in daytime, except breakfast time. I contacted the hotel through email but they responded.

Good Location and staff were nice. Assisi is a very pretty town and this hotel is very close to the cathedral. We woke up and could hear monks singing hymns in the distance - its was so lovely.

We got a room that had a queen bed plus a single bed, even though it was only me and my daughter we decided to take that room as it was available at 11am when we arrived. However the room was TINY, because of the extra bed there was hardly any space to put our 2 bags. That room isn't big enough for that extra bed. THe bathroom was quite large in comparison to room. There are about 12 stairs to get to front door of the hotel and then another 3 flights of stairs to bring bags up.
