Location was 5 min walk from St Mark's Square and easy to get to lots of restaurants.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room on the second floor was finished to a very high standard. Location was outstanding - 5 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge and also 5 minutes walk from St Marks Square.

Elevator only goes from 1st floor to 2nd floor.

The room was too small There wasn’t room to do makeup in the bathroom In the night we didn’t sleep at all because it was hot so we opened a window and 6 mosquitoes got in the room so we couldn’t sleep…

Location was great. Close walking distance to Saint Marks and to Rialto. Wallpaper was nice

The facilities were very clearly old and run down. Breakfast was very basic (not even orange juice, just grapefruit), and not comfortable at all (some tables were in the lobby itself right right in front of the door to the street). Half of the lights in the room were flickering all the time. You couldn't take your room key outside of the hotel, so you needed to wait until the receptionist was available to give it to you every time you needed to go back to your room. Not accesible for handicapped people. The bed was made of two different mattresses, and they were very clearly in different shape, one was even higher than the other.

Bed was not very comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Wifi not very reliable - would drop in and out.

The staff was wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast was an abundance of choices with a fabulous cappuccino . We loved our room ..it was a two story room With bed upstairs and downstairs and it was very spacious and beautifully decorated

Perfect location right in the heart of venice, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Perfect for those wanting to stay out late as everything is right beside you so no worries walking around late.

Location was great, decor was lovely. Information provided was helpful (could use a little update on GSP, price of tickets and priority ticket availability).

No lift for luggage and the canal was more like a bridge view. It was a little noisy and the garbage truck out the window in the morning was not pleasant.

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. It is just off the maim tourist tracks and quite. It is close to Rialto bridge about 10 minutes walk. You may get lost on the way but that is one of the joys of enjoying Venice. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to try the local cafes. This is not a luxury hotel. It is extremely comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were of great size. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The door to the room does not seal, so you can hear everything from the corridor. Room and bathroom full of mosquitoes and an uncomfortable bed with even more uncomfortable pillows.

Great location, very central to everything. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. 24 hour reception desk so there’s always someone around to help you. Room was clean and cleaned well everyday. Good value for money.

Our room could have used a bit of love/maintenance - some cracked tiles, etc. Not an issue really, just gave you the sense this was an old hotel.
