Every single thing! this hotel is just amazing, from the design that sends you back to the renaissance era, to the lovely most friendly and professional staff you can ever meet, welcomed us the moment we arrived from outside the door and was waiting for us.. they do call you with your name which shows how they are detailed oriented and serve every guest like a special one. also they treated us with complimentary fruits and a chianti reserva bottle of wine! the breakfast was superb in this dining room that you feel you’re in a museum. they guy he made us the special breakfast, you can see that he works out of passion and he was so kind. the view from our room was fantastic right on the river showing the famous bridges of Firenze… such an unforgettable marvelous experience we had and definitely we will get back not once or twice, it’s like a our home in Florence. thank you guys 🙏🏻

Room was spacious and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely quiet hotel after the bustle of the city centre.

The staff of the Hotel are friendly and supportive. However, the manager of the hotel was no supportive and he did not attend our issue personally (we requested to cancel the last night from our booking in the first day of the stay and was not available and delaying our request.

The manager of the hotel was no supportive and he did not attend our issue personally (we requested to cancel the last night from our booking in the first day of the stay and was not available and delaying our request. the hotel walls was ridicules, trust me you will hear every single step outside your door. there was a lot of mosquitos inside the room and the hotel. there was a sound in the AC of the room. the hotel location was away from every interesting spots. long story shot, you wanna enjoy Florence… find a different hotel. one last thing, booking.com will never support you if you have a problem with a hotel. keep it in mind.

Such a good little boutique hotel in a quiet area on the Arno, next to the US Consulate. The owner and staff are lovely, and a special "shoutout" to Abdel! This is two bridges to the west of the Ponte Vecchio and not far from center. We will stay again![0
