Location Clean Facilities good

Food very poor , only booked breakfast thankfully Some staff in pool bar area need to consider another career , very grumpy

The cabin for shower had a leakage on room 103 and staff during check in did not informed me that dinner is included in my stay (only about breakfast!

Modern and comfortable room, very nice bathroom. Good breakfast, also for vegans. The location is very central.

The beach just across from the hotel is no sand beach so it's not great for swimming. The walls were very thin.

Good facilities in ideal location. Welcoming reception and lobby area. Easy for those with mobility issues to get around hotel. Food varied but generally of a good quality and the Italian restaurant on site worth a visit. The all inclusive drinks package included good quality spirits.

Although staff friendly the service at reception and bars could be a little slow at times. Also, there was work being undertaken on the floor above our room which went on until 18.00hrs creating a lot of noise on a couple of days.

the breakfast selection was fantastic

checkin took 40 minutes from the assigned check in time, with a large queue waiting to be checked in. we were third in the queue. It took about 10-15 minutes to check in every person with staff members regularly disappearing. I don’t want time imagine how long it took somebody near the end of the queue to check in. I would not recommend this property on that experience alone.

Cleaning! When we check on we found long blond hair everywhere in the room , it was like someone has clean their brush and left the hair around ( not mine as I am a brunette ). Check in was long and painful. A trainee checked us in , didn’t tell us anything about the facilities, we have to ask every single thing e.g where is breakfast, when id breakfast, in what floor id our room , what are the facilities. The only thing he was eager to tell us was that we have to pay for the room immediately. So not a good start .

The hotel is well situated with walking distances to bars, cafes, supermarkets and pharmacy’s and much more. inside the hotel there’s at least three pools that I could see - one for adults and two for kids with activities to keep them happy. I got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool area and the ocean. And the staff was very helpful and profession. Even tho I’m not a fan of buffets this one holds a high standards, both for mornings and evenings! I’m very pleased with my stay!

Dirty, the end of a cigarette was laying 3 days in the aile, Rooms full of dust, loud, the AC was not working well. The Rooms are poor, the bed was horrible, from the doush all water was running in the bathroom

Non residents saving sunbeds and having breakfast. Unfriendly staff on reception. Queuing for drinks.no tea and coffee in the room.Room too small. Tables not cleared outside. evening entertainment poor most nights. .

Great service, clean and good location

It was very spacious and clean. The view was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Location was perfect and in a safe spot. The hotel app was really handy to have.

The tree that blocked one side of the view from my room. Room service wasn’t the best and was cold by the time it arrived not worth the extra fee.
