Location, excellent! Close to ocean - 5 min walk, also surrounded by restaurants, shops, pubs.

Breakfast was below expectation and way below four stars hotel. The biggest problem was lack of scrambled eggs. We had all products for typical English Breakfast but without scrambled eggs ..... Also, no vegetables... only few cocktail tomatoes and few slides of cucumber ...... shame...

Nice stay, walking distance from Las Canteras beach! Nice and clean room with a view over the port. Bus station nearby to get the bus to the south of the island. Helpful staff!

AC a bit noisy on the full mode, but nothing that disturbed our sleep

everything. this is the best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time, for numerous reasons. the staff was so sweet so polite, they made the stay worthwhile, I truly felt I would be missing the stay. they made sure of the room service, even though language was a barrier for us since we didn’t know spanish, they were so kind to us to explain things well and were patient with us. the rooms were so beautifully setup, so clean, great coffee machine and omg the staff was so hospitable.

everything was amazing, they could just add more options for the breakfast for vegetarians or vegan, not that I’m either but it would be a good addition for people.

Location location location, amazing views from our room though it was the east side on the 22nd floor overlooking the port, very central to the city center, beach,restaurants and bars. Loved the pool and sunbathing area on the roof

There was very little or no area where you could sit down during the day to read or relax.

Very noisy due to traffic and construction work outside. Room wasn't soundproof as advertised. Got moved to the 18th floor and it didn't help. Stayed for 7 days, 2 mornings there were issues with the hot water so couldn't shower until later and on a separate day the electricity cut off. The bathroom door hinges were rusty and noisy and the bath/shower leaked, resulting in a pool of water on the bathroom floor everyday. The towels and bathrobes were stained.

The staff, especially housekeeping and reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent, close to the beach, all the bars and restaurants as well as the central bus station for excursions. The tall building is impossible to miss from faraway, so easy to find your way back to the hotel with a mobile phone.

The breakfast was rather expensive for the variety it offered (20euro/person). If you check closely you could see the room had not been properly cleaned for ages, which I would not have expected in a Mariott. The balcony door was one of the cheapest/poorest construction I have seen. You could hear everything from outside even with the door shut.

The hotel is in central location. Very close to the central bus station and the beaches.The balcony was very good addition to the room.

The bathroom, the bath was quite old.
