La rotonda del hotel es un mundo en si mismo, un viaje en el tiempo. La luz cambia cada momento del día y es el escenario perfecto para un magnífico desayuno, para cenar o para tomar cualquier cosa de picar. Además, el hotel tiene un bar magnífico con recuerdos del hotel de hace mas de 100 años y un asiático por si se prefiere algo diferente, aunque la carta del restaurante es magnífica.
La recepción del hotel a pesar de ser enorme y tener 6 recepcionistas, maleteros y demás es un poco caos. Dejé una tarjeta de depósito y 24 horas después todavía no habían hecho el desbloqueo de 100€

The hotel is situated in an excellent location and boasts a staff that is both wonderful and very helpful. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made a positive impression from the outset.
a significant issue during my stay was the ongoing construction on my floor, which we were not informed about at check-in. As someone who sleeps late, the noise from the construction began early in the morning and negatively affected my entire stay. Being forewarned would have allowed me to prepare better or request a different room, thus this lack of communication was quite disappointing. Despite the great service and location, this oversight impacted my overall experience at the hotel.

Everything was quite basic for a hotel this price.
Service was poor: there were fire alarms that weren’t sent out in advance as a warning; therefore we had terrible rests. When coming back from a night out, the hotel needs a voice check to open the lobby doors and they first would not let me in but when I went inside, lobby staff said that maybe it was my accent that they did not understand. That’s funny because I speak fluent English with no foreign accents.
Concierge recommended a restaurant that was extremely hard to find. We usually wake up a bit late, which results in room cleaning to be done later. For many times, Concierge failed to send up room cleaning the whole afternoon that we were gone. By the time we came back to our room it was still not cleaned.

Мені не сподобалось, що персонал, не знали всієї інформації про мене і хотіли аби я двічі заплатив за проживання. Рецепція не проявила привітність. Також готель знаходиться на реконструкції, тому добиратись до свого номеру було не комфортно і довго. Спортзал на низькому рівні. Я так і не зміг зрозуміти, чому цей готель має 5 зірок. При всій моїй повазі.

The hotel was going through a major renovation during the time of our stay. It would be nice to know this ahead of time. Hotel website or any reservations website did not mention this at all.

Un trato que va mas allá de lo estrictamente profesional. Que agradecida estoy con la amabilidad y el servicio. Mi hijo estaba tomando antibiotico y este tenia que conservarse a una temperatura y el servicio del hotel se encargó de todo. Me subían el antibiotico a la hora y esperaban a que se lo diera a mi hijo y se lo volvian a llevar.A parte de esto, todo, tanto la comida como instalaciones, excepcional.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times last year so we very much the location and the comfort.
This time we got a newly renovated room.
Unfortunately two restaurants located in the hotel closed (the sushi and the Chinese restaurants). The rooms facing the side or the main streets face a lot of noice, windows do not offer a lot of noice isolation. Housekeeping staff is not very polite ! When they knock on your door the door opens at the same time not leaving any time to respond !! Something which is unacceptable. All other staff is very friendly and helpful.

الموظفين متعاونين بلا إستثناء . وموقع الفندق ممتاز لاغبار عليه ويعتبر من افخم خمس فنادق في مدريد .
للأسف فندق بهذا الحجم والفخامة وهذا السعر لا يوجد شطّاف ولا حتى بيديه ولا طريقة محترمة للإغتسال . أغلب الفنادق المحترمة والتي أقل من هذا الفندق أصبحت تعتمد هذا الشيء في مراحيضها وتوفر المياه بطريقة أو بأخرى .
الإفطار كان كارثي أولاً فكرة الشيف الذي يطبخ لك البيض سيئة جداً والطابور سخيف وتنظيمياً غبي جداً في منتصف القاعة !! ثانياً قالوا لي أن المطعم مستمر للساعة 11 دخلت للمطعم الساعة 10:20 لأجد كل الأطباق فارغة !! وكأنهم لايريدون التجديد لتوفير بعضاً من المال .. كلمت الموظفين على عدة أطباق أنها فارغة وتستمر المماطلة حتى ينتهي الوقت ليقولوا أغلقنا المطبخ !! طريقة رخيصة من فندق عريق ذو إسم تاريخي . مديرة الإستقبال إنصدمت من ذلك وألغت الفاتورة واعتذرت وكانت مذهولة من صور الأطباق التي صورتها لها والتي أرفقتها في هذا التعليق .

Our $50 breakfast was horrible! The roasted potatoes didn’t arrive, & neither did the orange juice. The pastry basket, was 2 ROCK hard rolls. The selection of jams & jellies was 2 bottles of olive oil.

La ubicación me parece fenomenal, así como el desayuno es verdaderamente bueno y el servicio en el restaurante me encanto. Lo referente a la habitación me gusto es confortable con una vista espectacular y el servicio muy bueno
