Ubicación muy céntrica, 10 min a Sol o Plaza Mayor. Aparcamiento cercano de Plaza Santa Ana (se puede solicitar descuento del 20% en el apartamento al realizar el pago). Las dos habitaciones tenían baño y había otro en el salón.

It’s a great central location and a beautiful building. If it wasn’t for the bad experience with bed bugs or mites, it would have been a lot more enjoyable.

There are mites or bedbugs in the bed (apartment 306)! Don't go! We are entirely covered in bites after our stay. We had told reception and repeatedly tried to contact the property for a compensation afterwards, they are ignoring every message! It’s quite worrying and very bad service that they don't address it. Booking.com has tried to get in touch with them and the accommodation replied with 'it was because they went to the park, it's not our fault' - which is ofcourse absolute nonsense! And creepy! How would they know what we do when we leave the apartment? Booking.com has given us a minimum compensation. Which is great service, but it shouldn't be coming from them. It started on the first night and thinking it was mosquito bites we ignored it. After 2 more nights it became apparent it was much worse. They need to do a thorough clean and probably renew bedding etc. Be warned! Good luck to the next people! Other: There are no glasses (besides 2 wine glasses) or much other kitchen equipment.

La ducha era buena pero mojaba todo el baño. Pedimos un poco de aceite para cocinar y no tenían. Deberían proveer insumos básicos como azúcar, aceite y sal.

La ubicación y el confort del apartamento

OK, de ligging is goed. In de barrio barrio des letras, vlakbij alles. Maar daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd. Op de foto's lijkt het allemaal heel mooi, maar het is gewoon een beetje opgeleukte ouwe meuk. Als er één of twee dingetjes niet kloppen vind ik dat nooit zo erg, maar hier is van alles mee aan de hand. Dat is gewoon niet tof voor die 150 euro per nacht. Wat deugde allemaal niet: - het was vies - gewoon niet echt lekker schoon, als je op je sokken loopt zijn die vies. Daarbij, als je bv een kast open trekt is die echt gewoon goor van binnen. - het is een enorme herrie, zowel van de straat als in het gebouw. - het duurt minutenlang voor de douche warm is, daarbij wordt de hele badkamer na het douchen helemaal nat. - wasbak idem, zet je hem open dan spuit alles onder. - als je de gang op gaat moet je eerst een paar meter lopen in het stikkedonker voordat het licht aan gaat. - het slot van de kamer zat los, moeilijk open en dicht te krijgen.

The location was perfect. The space of the room and service was very nice. I will recommend the property without a doubt.

The bathroom smelled bad. The shower had a shelf at a dangerous height.

The room is in an old Madrid apartment block. It has high ceilings, a kitchenette, large windows with shutters but renovated in a contemporary style but with a few pieces of older furniture. The location is superb and within easy walking distance of everything you want to see and visit in central Madrid. Also there are loads of restaurants, etc. nearby. Unexpected was the Anton Martin market within a short distance.

Awesome location everything on your doorstep. We requested a room away from the street and they were happy to oblige. Nice atmosphere.

The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the best was the location, very close to great restaurants, stores and in walking distance to plaza mayor and the El Pradi Museum¡

The bathroom had everything we needed but it looked a little old and not very clean

Brilliant location. Very comfortable bed Big room. Would also have been good for a couple with 2 children . Facilities to make your own meals if required Staff were around if you needed them but not intrusive .

Nothing to complain about

The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and walking distance from everything.

The room they initially gave me was horrible. It was completely different from the photos on the booking. Be careful because it is false advertising. They initially gave me a room that looks like it was a living room or an office turned into a room, where all the toilet amenities were in separate spaces. I could not accept it and specially for the price I had paid. I then complained to management which luckily switched me to another room, that was more acceptable and closer to the photo on the booking. Be very careful when you book there as the photos are very misleading.

Great location, near local Tapas Bars and excellent restaurants. Beautiful quaint building. One bit of advice if driving. Park your car first on the underground car park (nearby) before checking in.

It was easy.

The only drawback to this stay was the internet which was very slow. I could not work when I needed to.

Location is superb, studio was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. There is noise from the street (since it is in the heart of vibrant neighborhood), but shutting the windows and AC solve this perfectly.

Location is excellent for sightseeing or just enjoying lively central Madrid. Having a part time front desk person and luggage storage until 5pm is not as good as a hotel, but better than most apartment rentals.

Worst value I've had at a hotel/apartment accommodation in Spain and I've lived here 9 years and have been travelling here for 30 years. We paid 220Euro/240USD/night for what was essentially a private hostel room. A reasonable value would have been $60-$75. Some other rooms in the photos look nice, but our room is not pictured anywhere in the photos on Booking.com. It was falling apart inside with the shower pluming detached from the wall and spraying everywhere, the chairs splitting at the seams, and floors that were covered in dust. Gas station soap dispenser to bathe. Everything is done to maximize profit and nothing to maximize comfort. Room floors were bare concrete as were the hallways, which echoed loudly as there are no rugs or wall hangings to dampen sounds. Dogs are allowed and a little one liked to bark in the interior area early morning.

bathrooms and shower. In one bedroom the shower with glass door is inside the bedroom! in one bedroom the door handle broke! Both toilets are very small. In one bathroom the exhaust does not work.

Very central location, friendly staff member. Rooms were clean and good value for money.

Views from our apartment were of the interior courtyard walls only which was a little disappointing.

A very kind man at reception gave us the keys. The first room had a bathroom that difnt meet my ains needs and no table so he let us look at another room He even showed us a place to store our wheel chair. We loved the kitchen and being in a perfect location for the Prada and Reina Sophia museums and Puerta Del Sol. We walked everywhere.

The only complaint was minor. When we moved into the room that had a more accessible bathroom and a table, the floor was dusty and floor under the table wasn't swept. It wasn't a big deal because they had the other room prepared for us. We just asked for a broom and mop so we could use it right away and on a daily basis. It worked out perfectly.
