The sun parasols around the adult pool need changing. They are frayed, have tiny holes in, and are tired. The coffee machines in the restaurant serve poor coffee - it tasted like instant coffee (we had bed and breakfast only).

I did not dine at the hotel. The room was well appointed for its class of hotel and the beds were comfortable. The suite was clean and well serviced. The hotel has some pretty walkways with attractive flowers and I will remember it as that is where I heard the news of the death of the Queen. The reception area is vast and the staff seemed keen to help with all requests especially internet issues and my request to move room for better WIFI was offered without any resistance though I did not take it up in the end. Beach towels are thick and of good quality

This hotel is not as up market as its photographs make it out to be. There appears to be problems with Wifi as the hotel is vast and the WIFI system is clearly inadequate to deal with such a huge site. This makes the hotel not a good bet if like me you had to have internet for work purposes. One was left having to work in the reception in the early hours of the morning. During the day was impossible as I needed privacy to deal with my clients. So I waited to use the wifi at my next hotel. Another gripe is that you cannot charge anything to ones room and this did not become clear till after I ordered 2 drinks at the beach bar in the early evening only to be told that I had to pay cash or credit card for them. Expecting to charge food and drink to the room I did not have any such case or credit cards on me and the drinks went to waste. I did not eat or drink the hotel at all during my 2 day stay after that fiasco.

Food on all inclusive was repetitive and totally mass produced. Facilities did not include beach Lou her hire etc which is a shame as the beach was the best but.

Something very special But Not of a big valute for me was disapperad from the home. No support from the receptionist Not from the hotel. I Strongly recommend to store everything in the servire box.

The hidden fees in the all inclusive option (for example, long chairs at the beach not included or one of the bar ‘buda bar’) Very bad drinks in the all inclusive Hotel is very up and down. Not convenient if you travel with elderly people or handicapped.

Would you like some food with your wasps?! Food was absolutely awful they had no covers on the food and wverything was covered in wasps so we couldn’t eat there and we’d paid for all inclusive. We checked out after 2 days and lost 2 nights of money as just couldn’t stay there. The entertainment just wasn’t our scene

Excellent location specially fro those looking to stay away from the buzz downtown Ibiza. This is a great hotel, north of the Island. Great pools, nice beach, amazing and super friendly staff! Breakfast was good as well! Las dalias Market and restaurants outside the property are great!

Location is a bit remote from Ibiza town, but still a great location! There are restaurants outside the property as well no t very far.

Animation for Kids too short. Babysitting service should be offered. As a couples with Kids we wanted to try the night life in Ibiza, however the hotel does not allow external babysitting service and does offer any.

Room far exceeded expectations and is more 4 star than 3. Location and grounds are very peaceful and well kept. Room is modern, well cleaned and great showers. Mini club for kids is well run and has an excellent park for them too.

Could have been better informed of how everything works when we checked in. The maitrde in the main restaurant (Veronica) was quite rude and needs to learn customer service and smile because all other staff have been great apart from herself. The water and snack options are very poor for an all inclusive hotel.

Good selection of breakfast options. Room was clean Location was peaceful and easy access to beach.

Lunch and Dinner options were repetitive and not the best quality. Limited options of drinks and food thats included in all-inclusive. Not worth it. You can't take food/snacks outside from the restaurant. Not even a small fruit or bread for my 2 year old child. The WIFI isn't free, restricted to your room and connection loss happens often.

The hotel rooms are lovely, the beds are comfortable and the balcony was very spacious. The pools were really good and great for two young kids. We loved the splash pool and the play areas too. The breakfast buffet was really good too. Loved the view over the beach.

There is no free Wi-Fi, you have to pay for the Wi-Fi in your room and the “free” Wi-Fi doesn’t work so you have no choice but to pay. The shower water leaked into the bedroom when I had a shower so I needed extra towels to put on the floorS the drains smelt bad on some days.

The entire property is amazing and very very beautiful. The breakfast spread is huge and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is a little far from the main party spots.

Staff were rude and unhappy. Not sure bar staff smiled throughout our whole stay. All inclusive bars opened late and snacks were non existant for kids

The location was good. Very clean place. Very safe place for family. We find everything to eat breakfast and dinner, it was full with everything. Bravo!!

I am construction I build hotels. For me they put things it's a details, and to me seems like everything he was there but it was right, in my room the door of the toilet it doesn't work. The door of the fridge he's work in a different way of the door to storage. The bill that he was there but it was not good service. The pimping was there we never play because we never find rockets. The Tennessee was there but it was not good clean and good service. The food that was full but poor quality, I'm not saying this to judge you but I hope to help things get better. For sure I'm going to suggest to my friends with kids to be there.

the hotel was lovely and clean , nice new bedrooms and the staff couldn’t do enough for you to enjoy your stay , Adults only pool was a great touch 😀

That the adult only chill out bar area wasn’t open and the Wi-Fi was a little bit hit and miss sometimes.

We (2 couples and 2 two year olds) stayed for 3 nights before staying at a villa further south. We had the best 3 days. Perfect hotel for families wanting sun, kid friendly activities and beer. The waterpark was the highlight for us, our kids loved it and it has a bar. The rooms were great. The food was good, perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
