Thought the hotel is in the PGA estate, when you use the other facilities, our experience of the staff there was not good.

The reception staff when we arrived (2 young men) were unwelcoming and rude- didn’t really explain anything and just spoke to each other in Spanish and ignored us- not great after a long journey. Also the sun loungers at the pool could do with some cushions for comfort, the accommodation is pretty basic and rustic, and the ‘lifeguard’ was late every day at the pool and spent the whole time looking at his phone!

Need more staff at restaurant venues. Service was taking way too long for a 5 star hotel

It was the second time we stayed there and love it all over again!! We loved the place, the rooms, the activities, the restaurants and the best part: how pampered and welcomed we felt. All thanks to the excellent memebers of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
