Dobra lokalizacja, ciekawa architektura, przyjemny bar z muzyką na żywo.

Hotel już trochę wiekowy i przydałby się remont aby odzyskać pełny potencjał

Had to ask for a few things too be fixed and cleaned.

Large rooms - bathroom shower good

Layout Queen bed in bathroom was great but double bed and single bed in living area meant no settee or comfortable sitting area. Need to sort cleaning schedule- we we had maid service morning after arriving at 17:00 hrs then two days before we left - meaning full 7 days with no service- first one was a waste of time and resources

Siempre veraneamos en Fuerteventura y nos hospedamos aquí !! Si vas en familia es genial, las instalaciones externas son muy chulas, y el personal muy agradable

Tendrían q revisar un poquito el apartamento ( cubiertos, platos, tazas … ) antes de entregarlo, esta vez no estaba todo, y las estanterías de la nevera rotas.. alguna otro accidente con las hormigas .. pero vamos q a la q lo Comentas enseguida hacen todo lo q pueden x solucionarlo.

Location was good. Evening entertainment was very good. There was a kitchen pack of washing up liquid, tea towel etc which was great. Its a nice resort but in definite need of some tlc.

The biggest thing is the fact there was no where to sit. The lounge had a double bed in it with one pillow, a plastic table and 2 chairs and a small office type chair. Even though we were only there for 4 days, it was a pain. Plus there was no aircon and we had to pay for the safe.

Pool nice and deep . supermarket good prices and choice. bar good choice of Drinks outside area can be quite loud if room near it,and bright lights. distance to main strip not to far staff helpful. that we got room about 3pm rather than 5pm.

cracked tiles around pool need to be replaced . sunbeds need to be power washed grubey around legs rooms could be a bit cleaner .areas in room need to be repainted or touched up . maybe towels changed less than every 4 to 5 days. check in time should be earlier than 5pm , paths leading to rooms pot wholes here and their . more signage to room location . Hotel had side gates but no access to guests.

Bar staff excellent

The early grabbing of sunbeds and keeping them all day even if the guests were not at the pool all day was ridiculous and like years ago when german tourists used to be totally selfish. Not an acceptable way to organize how families should have to put up with wanting to sit by the pool.

Gloria and Isana on reception could not have been more lovely. So helpful and considerate.

The cacarochas by the pool but it was hot and they fly! Nothing to do with the apartment.

The apartment wasn't not cleaned once in our staff. A couple staying beside us was told to clean the apartment themselves if they wanted it cleaned

Price good value. Apartments OK, yiu get what you pay for

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious for our family of 6

Only get one clean per week which is not what we have ever experienced before in all our time of travelling, normally 3/4 times

A little bit dirty on the floor on arrival but it’s a small complaint.

nothing! we didn’t stay here, took one look at the room and left as it wasn’t suitable for 2 young children!

it was old, dirty, dusty, and not idea to be in the second floor. We entered the apartment to find two massive cockroaches on the floor!! disgusting. there was no sofa, just two single beds in the ‘living area’ We had a quick look at the playground, it was covered in dust and dirt, so clearly not used regularly.

Nothing , only stayed one night as we were staying in another resort.
