These were the worst apartments I ever booked so bad we left we booked 1 bedroom apartment which was really small stat off with kitchen fridge door would not close so you could not put anything in it furniture was dirty and rusty.the soft/soft bed was dirty and lumpy wouldn't put my worst enemy on it plus no bedding provided for it 2 plastic chairs for out door furniture no table steep narrow stairs to get to bedroom with 2 hard single beds bathroom no towel provided so bring your own. Take my advice stay away from these apartments

The location is superb 👌

Could have been more bath towels from midweek. They took away the used ones but left hand towels in there place, not nice after a shower.. The piles of dust under the beds and on top of the curtains/ curtain rails, we're a bit off putting. The cleaners also took away the sheets for the couch in the sitting room midweek but failed to replace them. So my child had to make do with just a blanket. Lastly, letting us know when reception was open would have been useful to address the previously mentioned issues.

the location was excellent, our balcony was perfectly positioned to catch the midday sun till it set at 7pm

It is a very nice hotel. I liked the apartment very much, was very clean and comfortable. The Staff was really kind and friendly. The hotel is in a beautiful location and close to shops and beaches. There are dunes in a walking distance from hotel, it was possible to swim, beaches near dunes looked similar to Greece beaches. The supermarket on the main street, a few minutes walk from the hotel has many interesting foods. It was our best holidays on Canary Islands, we wished we could stay longer, it was so nice.

It was a bit tricky to get key from a lock at night, it would be good if there was an information with pictures and explanations sent before (maybe I am not used to safes). Also it was very dark to use the safe as we arrived in the evening but we had torches.

Close to the beaches and inside a town centre

Sofa bed was damaged and one person slept on the floor until cleaner provided floor mattress. Very outdated rooms, bathroom doors were damaged and unable to lock. Pool very dirty with some glue on a sides sticking to your skin and costume.
