Stayed with my friends, we had room.close to pool so it was great to access quickly if needed to get something, pool was nice, good size. Over all a good stay. Big shoutout to a lovely friendly Ana who was behind the bar, she was very helpful 👌

Hotel it self was nice I personally was disappointed by access to the beach, taxi drive or a long walk

Comfortable rooms, very clean, delicious food. Very nice ambience. The SPA offers fantastic massages. Highly recommended.

First impression it looked really beautiful and so well maintained. The staff all worked really hard but were always really welcoming. I would always recommend it as a place to stay in Fuerteventura I loved it.

tiny bedroom no food for children not enough sun beds food for adults was very hit and miss evening entertainment was advertised but not available not enough bins by the pool for empty cups

Nice, clean apartment. Lovely big pool, although wasn't heated. Varied food every day but nice. Very accommodating staff- always very helpful. Had a wait on my last day before my flight and gave me access to a complimentary room to shower and change.

Was about a 30 minute walk to most of the main restaurants, shop and bars

The lady receptionists where nice. Not the men. I’m a single black solo traveler and I had the most awkward experience at this hotel! First of all it is full of old people, they were all staring at me giving me evil looks. I think generally they are not used to seeing black travellers around here. I wish the some of the staff where nicer. I do feel like I wasn’t treated as fairly as some of the white customers here. They where definitely prioritising them more.

All the staff were fantastic from Reception through restaurant, gardening, housekeeping and Reservations - the food was delicious and always hot. Loved the theme nights and great service. Pool Bar was really good too with a good choice of cocktails. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and NYE menus had had a lot of work put into them with lots of extra touches - loved the seafood (clams, smoked salmon , mussels) May we say a special thank you to Rojelio and the office team (Miguel and Eugenio) for really looking after us during the 6 days we had to quarantine - meant A LOT

Balcony was in the shade all day, not a problem most of the stay because we like to walk into town, use the pool area or beach but sadly we were quarantined for 6 days so was rather cold

We loved the friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much bother, the food was very similar most days, but always fresh and full of flavour, there was always fresh vegetables, salad and fruit to choose from, its a Mediterranean diet, very healthy we loved it. They go out of there way to keep you entertained during the day they have competitions and have a show on at night, the pool is small but freezing so never busy! The AI local drinks are ok you can pay for the real stuff if you want a treat.

The only down side was that the beds were a bit hard but I suppose they have to cater for all sizes!! You also had to be up sharp to claim a sunbed with your towel, sometimes 8am was too late!!
