Lo que mas me ha gustado son las instalaciones y la tranquilidad del hotel. Ibamos a descansar y cumplió todas nuestras expectativas.

Hotel very well located, good facilities, and sitting in the outside lounge overseeing the see is just gorgeous. staff did their best to allow for early checkin which was appreciated.

- food in the main restaurant is not of 4* quality unfortunately, poor choice - beach is not equipped at all, would be good to have at least a few sun beds there - loud music until midnight - soundproofing of the room is not very good

The facilities there were great: the pool, rooms, patio...

Everything was clean but I have to say that some marks due to the humidity were still in the shower, if they use vinegar to clean it those marks will disappear.

Friendly and really helpful staff. A request made beforehand was gladly met and free parking onsite. The room with a seaview balcony was just lovely and the hotel's a short drive away from the 'town centre'. The breakfast in the morning had great option for all requirements. Overall, the other facilities seemed really good, unfortunately the weather was not on my side and was only there for one night so couldn't really utilise them. Gracias Hotel Cap Negret!

Great hotel on the beach and close to the town, also easy access to major roads. Very nice and professional staff. Excellent rooms and beds. Spotlessly clean. Shuttle bus to town. Good breakfast and Dinner buffets.

Deceptive big hotel, plenty of space, clean and lots of facilities. For cyclists the bikezone is a great space to store and sort bikes out. When we stayed, the hotel was comfortable with bikes in rooms.

With so many facilities, the need to buy water at dinner was odd.

The hotel kindly gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room looking out over the pool and sea, with a Jacuzzi bath. Very friendly staff, great location with ample parking and really good buffet breakfast and dinner. I hope we can stay there again in the future.

The location was excellent for us as it was situated near the major bike routes in de area : coll de Rates, Confrides, etc. Besides Altea is a charmy village on the coast.

At Christmas and New Year the hotel seemed victim of its own success as dinner was very crowded.

The view from the room was good. Belinda, who was part of the entertainment staff was brilliant!

We had great expectations, however, this did not come to fruition. We struggled to find adequate seating in the dining area. The evening entertainment was ok, if we could find table and chairs to sit at and mostly this wasn’t the situation. After 3 days following numerous requests the management opened the ballroom area for seating. This was not heated and most people chose not to sit in there! Insufficient heating in public areas for example the bar areas. Fortunately the weather was good during the day.
