L’absence de la télé. Impardonnable en pleine vacances.

the people working there where rude.

the location was not so bad

the staff was absolutely rude. the kitchen wasn’t working so we couldn’t have dinner there and they made us pay for a minimum at the bar to be able to sit down and eat some take away. the receptionist was absolutely rude to us. we asked for a napkin and she said she didn’t have it, we asked for a place to put the trash and she said they didn’t have. we would never come back there.

wifi disastrous, beds, pillows bad quality

Great hotel and the staff were exceptional. They were able to store our bikes for us. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Great place for skiing and cycling.

Internet connectivity (both WiFi and 4G) were pretty variable and often poor.
