房間插座很差，六個不同位置的插座都很鬆，插手機充電器都會鬆脫。 大澡堂要另外加價才能使用，不符合預期。 浴室的水很弱也不夠熱，不適合泡澡。水龍頭的方向也很奇怪，似乎是維修不完全的狀態。

We ordered breakfast in the room. It was very good. We will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Ce qui est dommage dans cet hôtel c’est juste le coin Accueil. Il n’y a pas assez d’endroit convivial pour pouvoir partager une heure ou deux entre amis. Les emplacements et les fauteuils sont très limités. C’est un peu dommage pour 15 étoiles

The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the CafeShow. It was a perfect morning stroll. The room was very big and it was great to work, the Wifi was fast enough and I also liked the bath; perfect to relax. The hotel staff also helped me with the early checkin and the lugage that got lost during the flight.

Everything was fine during my stay. There was nothing to complain about.

Multiple parts of the hotel were dirty. There was food spilled on the floor in the hallways and in the elevator. The staff is not attentive, I have to ask for things multiple times. In one instance, I called the front desk and asked for a band-aid 3 times. Each time, they said they would bring one and never came. The breakfast was not good. The food was cold and seemed old. I couldn't finish eating because I started feeling sick. In the room, the air conditioner was so loud, it would wake me up in the night.

From the moment I walked into the opulent lobby, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care by the staff. Expecially Ms Taylor greeting us with warm heart. The room itself was immaculate—modern, yet cozy, with a luxurious bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. Amenities like the in-room espresso machine and high-speed Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the trip was the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which offers breathtaking views of the city along with a culinary experience to match. The complimentary breakfast was an array of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order items that set the tone for a delightful day ahead. All in all, the Novotel surpassed my expectations in every way and has set a new standard for hospitality.
