Er word in het gehele hotel niet goed schoongemaakt wat vooral zichtbaar is in de badkamer van de kamer, In de sportschool en zowel in het zwembad.

Carpets in public spaces badly needed hoovering, drawer missing in room so looked scruffy, windows full of cobwebs, room overlooked local residents back gardens, not fun when you need to open curtains and windows on a hot day only to find there is a birthday party going on

Spa massage feature was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful also breakfast had a good choice and vegetarion option. Good location oposite park if you fancy a walk. Close to town and markets.

I think it is good but price per night is not adequate to quality of hotel. I got it in promotion last minute but I would not pay a normal price which went massively up for a weekend period.

In room - cracked sink, unable to use plug sockets, mattress topper instead of duvet. Restaurant - menu choice not available, 40 mins wait for mains. Leisure - guests not given priority over outside bookings for treatments.

The restaurant and bar area were lovely and the staff were all so friendly.

Clean, Well Equipped Hotel with lovely welcoming staff...Comfortable Beds and food was excellent.

The Swimming Pool boiler wasn't working on the day.. The water was very Cold... These things happen and will not put us off staying again...

There was not enough staff particularly in the restaurant and it was very busy. It took a long time to serve then when we did it was not hot. We were compensated however and staff were apologetic. The breakfast was the same on the morning, not enough staff to fulfil the amount of people and we were constantly waiting for hot food. When it did come out, it was warm but not very hot. There were only 2 staff member on the floor and 1 chef in the kitchen. The spa facilities were nice ce, however the boiler had broken so the water was cold both pool and spa pool so were unable to use. This was one of the main reasons for using this hotel so that was disappointing.

The Gym and Leisure Facility was very good. Bar and Dining Room comfortable. Room very comfortable and clean.

The restaurant was busy with a senior citizens coach trip. The 3 restaurant staff we dedicated to support the trip and others were secondary so I can only assume the Hotel need to please the coach trip booking company which I understand. My company travel to this area 3 or 4 times a year and have tried a few Hotels to identify which one makes our staff most comfortable. We will keep looking which is a shame because the Gym was good.

Nice swimming pool

The hotel didn't meet the standards I'd expect for a price of well over £100 a night. The pool was great, but being part of a leisure club meant everyone from Gloucester was back and forth, which didn't make for the relaxing retreat I envisioned. The cooked breakfast was cold, food wasn't replenished enough and the counter area was messy. The fire exit was left open through the night which is a serious security risk. Random people were walking in and out of the fire exit at night and most of them smelt of weed. Bags of rubbish were left outside of rooms which made for an unsightly trip through the hotel. I've never seen this practice in a hotel before, and wouldn't have expected it from a hotel £100+ a night. Would have understood the price if it was near the city centre but this one was really out of the way.

Interior, bar the reception area was a little tired and dated. Evening meal overpriced for the quality of the food, nachos for starter were clearly out of a bag and not freshly cooked, and cheese nor even melted. Breakfast selection adequate, albeit staff very obliging

All of our party thought the place was perfect we had a great stay the staff were helpful and polite. The food was excellent. The rooms were very good clean and comfortable this was our second stay and we are already planning another stay. Thanks

we had to walk past the restaurant to get to our room, which felt awkward. the room was far too hot. the single bed was not comfortable at all. one of our party didn’t bring a toothbrush, and reception do not provide them

The location ,difficult to access public transport to Gloucester ,had to use taxis but otherwise a great stay.

There was no fridge in the room for the price we pay.

Bed was very comfortable.

Having advertised free parking we had to pay £15 to park. We couldn't get an evening meal until after 8.30pm.
