The staff was incredibly kind. I can’t remember the names but two men were mostly there during my stay and they were both very very kind and helpful. One of the two even went outside with me for a few minutes and we had a great chat about Manchester United and Old Trafford. 10/10, if your in Manchester you should definitely consider staying here

We were upgraded to an amazing room overlooking cricket ground! Thank you. We had travelled back from Croatia and arrived to hotel late in evening so this was a bonus welcome! Staff were very good.

Nothing we could fault.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel and we were given a lovely room in the new part of the hotel, overlooking the pitch. We were celebrating our anniversary and were very lucky and grateful to receive an upgrade to this room (458)

Only downside to the huge flat screen TV was that we were unable to receive any UK YV channels (BBC, ITV, CH4 etc). My husband specifically wanted to watch the England football match that night and we were unable to do so. I phoned reception and they said there was an issue with some of the new rooms’ TV services. The only other option would be move us to another room, but this would be a bit of an upheaval/inconvenience. The other minor issue would be with housekeeping - there was a dead moth on the floor, next to the curtains. It wasn’t hidden, but it was lying there for 3 days! Looks like the vacuum cleaner hadn’t picked it up?

Convenient to watch the cricket

Love the hotel, rooms, staff, breakfast and I often stay there when I am in town.

I had 2 problems - when I arrived I was told that there was no parking on-site which meant I had to park some way away at Old Trafford football ground. After a busy day's work and heavy bag this wasn't great - the guy at the gate said I should have received an email telling me about the situation but I received nothing. Added to this there was a fire alarm (false) 10 mins after checking in which meant standing outside the hotel for an hour from 8pm to 9pm - poor communication from staff who didn't seem to know what was going on.

The hotel was ideally situated for the tram to the concert venue, with the tram being directly behind the hotel and no changes until it reached the venue. Excellent room, staff and breakfast. Usually stay in Hilton hotels and this was the best so far.

Friendly. Our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in early. Nice rooms, comfortable and clean. Lovley breakfast with great choice and nice relaxed atmosphere . Really good that check-out is not until midday !!

Personeel. Niet in staat mij bij check-out de factuur mee te geven met alle juiste bedrijfsgegevens. Ze konden bij de check-out geen wijzigingen meer aanbrengen op de factuur, hoewel ze ruim een maand voordien bij de boeking de juiste factuurgegevens via mail doorgekregen hadden. Factuur met juiste bedrijfsgegevens zou mij nadien gemaild worden, maar dit is nooit gebeurd (ook niet na X-keer opnieuw opnieuw vragen via mail). Tot op heden heb ik nog steeds niet de factuur ontvangen met de juiste gegevens voor mijn boekhouder

I love the view of the cricket ground and in this case the closeness to Old Trafford football ground.

I am not sure if we were given the room we paid - I presumed we were getting a sitting area and separate bed area? Also small details were missing as before - empty conditioner in bathroom, 1 coffee sachet (for 3) hardly any milk or sugar, no mini bar, the room cost £351.00 so some extras may have been nice. Also reception staff were unhelpful and could not even offer extra half hour checkout time.

Really nice meals, comfy room. Good location (next to tram station, Salford Quays a 20 mins walk). Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was a little pricey but that's about it.

Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist durch Bahn sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am Cricketstadion ist mal was anderes. Frühstück war auch insgesamt sehr gut. Bequeme Betten. Einfache und schnelle Check-In-Check-Out Abwicklung

Es scheint üblich in britischen Hotels zu sein, dass das Doppelbett nur eine große Bettdecke hat. Das kann problematisch bei einigen Leuten beim Schlafen sein. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir nicht wegen zwei Einzeldecken nachgefragt.

Location and parking. Room was very large which was good.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Food at the bar was rather poor...I had a baked potatoes with cheese and beans for lunch and it was so dry. It came in a plastic basket with paper underneath, so I ended up picking the paper out of the potatoe!

The hotel itself was lovely and clean and up to date. The staff were really friendly. Its part of the old Trafford cricket ground, and 5 mins walk from old Trafford football stadium, we could see the stadium from our room Also the tram/metro stop was 2 mins walk, at the back of the hotel basically.

The staff were lovely but service was poor. You could only order exactly what was on the bar food menu, you couldn't add anything in or take anything out. Which is annoying. We asked for towels and toilet rolls to be put in our room.while we were out for the match and food and drink and they never did it..and there was hullabaloo over getting them then and I heard them say they were running out or had run out of toilet roll. It was way too expensive for what it was. The pillows were uncomfortable but the bed was comfortable. The tap leaked all over the sink counter top and onto the floor.. We were talking to another Irish family who had eaten in the restaurant and said the food was awful. And it is pricey too. They don't reset and clean the tables at breakfast time as people come and go, even though there was plenty of floor staff , so the manager was looking around to see if any areas where still set up and for another family that came in. They had to wait maybe 5 or 10 mins even though the breakfast area was both very large and mostly empty tables. So that's odd to me. And the buffet was not fully stocked up and was missing items, according to the chef that was on. Again lovely friendly staff, but some of the younger staff seem very very lazy.

Loved the location. Breakfast was first class. Really liked the Cricket ground views and the proximity to Manchester United FC.

No complaints at all.

Mycket bra läge, med gångavstånd till Old Trafford, rent och fint, väldigt trevlig personal över lag, kanonservice med andra ord.

Fanns inget att klaga på.
