How close it was to the trams

Having no tea faculties so we had to pay £1.90 for a cup of tea in this day and age. I think it's disgusting. Beds are uncomfortable

Value for money and location were perfect. Room are the same in every ibis budget.

When we checked in they told us that wifi is free, when we tried to connect, we could not. It started working after some time… The beds are not comfortable, at all.

Quiet night. Reasonable priced carparking. Staff friendly.

The location was perfect, not too far from the Manchester airport. The staff at breakfast (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) was welcoming and amazing. She made sure my toddler, especially, was always comfortable at breakfast. However, I cannot say same for the staff who checked us in and out of the hotel, he was not so friendly.

The cleanliness could be better. The hallways were a bit stuffy and I had to request for housekeeping before my room was cleaned after two nights.

El personal de recepción fue bastante amable, llegue sin cargador adaptable y las chicas de recepción me buscaron uno, aparte de que por el precio que pague la habitación cumplió la expectativa

the room was clean but rather small especially the toilet...the bad was clean and made but the bed unfortunately was rather uncomfortable.. location it wasn't easy to find... getting a taxi into town or wherever was another problem.. but i downloaded bolt in 2 minutes and a taxi was there... better then streetcabs that was recommended by the staff at the hotel...

Great location for concert at Victoria Warehouse, very quiet considering how busy it was and location. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Would recommend.

I didn't like the way we were treated i had to cancel because my Granny passed away I l did not get a full refund down 436 euro very disappointed

Hotel was as expected for a budget hotel. Was very clean, staff were lovelly. We arrived later and was great we could order a pizza on site. Continental breakfast was lovely just as expected.

The all staff was good except the staff of the breakfast on the day 24/07/2023 was very bad

The staff of the breakfast on the 24/07/2023 she is the reception they told to pay £8.50 per person kids are free coffee and tea is free I have pay 1 person breakfast my child and my wife with me I take only 1 breakfast and my child breakfast extra 1 cap coffee she came to me asked me to pay the coffee and I tell her the reception told me the coffee is free and I tell her I will pay you when I finish my breakfast she is shouting on me front of the people and I pay her straight away which is I don't like not happy. Since that day I didn't pay any breakfast

Room basic but clean and modern. Beware that privacy was limited if you are "shy" due to the seperate shower pod with glass door opening directly on the bedroom. Good location, handy for Salford and Trafford Park/Old Trafford handy by car and Manchester central £10 by Taxi. Also tram nearby. Did not have breakfast during this stay. Although this is not bad I have had on previous stays. Ate at the convenient Hungry horse pub " The Match Stalk man" across the road.

At times some but not all of the reception staff appeared disinterested and were only able to communicate by sign language and finger gestures when making payments for items in the lobby. Maybe this was a disability issue but this was not made clear as in this case would have been acceptable.
