The location was great to travel to Scotland it was clean the beds were comfortable which is usually not the case in most hotels. They were great dealing with my disability and allergies great value for money

Although only behind the services it was peaceful & very quiet. Lovely views all around. Plenty of parking. Restaurant was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very spacious and comfortable

Very comfortable room, spacious, and very comfortable beds. Nice tea and coffee tray with the offer of fresh milk which was very nice. The staff were extremely kind and friendly especially for a woman travelling on her own.

The towels were a little thin.

Only issue was no lift to our room and my wife recently having a knee operation

Although we booked on line to eat at the restaurant for 5.o clock and we went down for that time. After waiting there for around 10 min we approached a member of staff ans were told that the restaurant didn't open until 6.30 ( could have been 6pm but can't really remember). We were told to go to the bar to get our food!. We waited there again and were ignored by several members of staff. Eventually we gave up and walked across to the service station and ate there!.. Not impresses.
