Spacious rooms the balcony was a bonus. The onsite resturant was excellent for wvening meals but thought the breakfast overpriced for what was on offer. Its location is excellent for shops, supermarkets, resturants etc. Tennis centrre about 10 min walk, train station 20 min walk

The church bells chiming every 30 min 24/7! And despite paying in advance through booking.com with receipts tried to take payment again at check out and 3 emails that morning

The room was amazing; very clean and big. the staff were all nice, the breakfast was great. Every thing was perefect.

The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the restaurant, as well. Location is great, on the main street of a cute town.

The building is like a labirynth, it was a bit of a hike to get to the room.

We were looking for accommodation within driving distance of Schiphol Airport. Hillegom and Hotel Villa Flora are hidden gems. The Hotel Villa Flora is a historic hotel that serves your every need. Hillegom has a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

There was nothing we did not like.

Hotel is located in a small town and the hotel is in the center which a restaurant on the ground floor. I got up early, and had to miss breakfast;( The staff was friendly and the room clean

I’m traveling by train and the station is about 25min by foot from the station. I feel it’s a bit pricey for what it has to offer

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good rooms. Good localisation not far from Amsterdam, Den Haag, Delft.. by car. Hillegom is a sweet nice city.

The hotel is pricing rooms and prestations (for ex breakfast) like a 3-stars hotel in a middle of the high touristic season. We thought the price/quality balance was not correct.

Comfortable, clean rooms with a local feel. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. We valued great location, good public transport connections and a charming small town mood.

Sound isolation towards street could be better but it was alright to accept it as a part of experience.

Nice hotel in a nice small city, near the Keukenhoof and the fields of tulips

The location. Very close to Keukenhof gardens, you can either ride a bus or taxi to the gardens. Good breakfast.

The weather! It was raining when we arrived so we could not walk everywhere that day. But we had no rain in Keukenhof gardens the next day

Acceptable distance to Schipol airport, enough parking lots, friendly house keeping staffs, and of course, the price. No need to fill or answer any check-in and check-out papers and questions. Powerful heater in the room.

Room is not as new as pictures, no refrigerator in room, noise from upstair, no answer to messages, trash still in the room, and we've been cut out electcity supply at about 12:30am the first night untill the next morning 8:50am I went to the reception asking why and what happened (never reponse to messages is a big problems ). Besides, we arrive exactly at 10:00pm but front door is closed and locked, nobody in the reception, no ring bell on or beside the door, and no response to all my messages. Yes the only way is to call the phone numbers on the wall but my sim is data only. The reception came out just before I was leaving. No lift to some rooms.

Good price, better stay!!

I have stayed at this hotel before, and knew that all aspects met my requirements. The hotel staff are most helpful, everything is nice about the hotel including the town it is in. I would recommend it to anyone.
