There was no space in the breakfast room and I had to take my breakfast to my room in order to get some food. The personal did not say sorry, they did not clean the tables. The breakfast itself would have been amazing, all kinds of great food and so on but there was literally no space for me and this is very unfortunate since I chose the hotel due to the breakfast (I was here once before and the breakfast was excellent, that time the breakfast room was also very very very full)

This is a nice little independent hotel in Luleå. I had a small single room. The room was fine. Cosy and clean. It had a hot water pot, and a small table/desk. Breakfast was spectacular! They had breads and crackers. They had cheeses, sausages and meats. They had boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. They had an assortment of muesli/granola and some other basic breakfast cereals. There was coffee, hot water for tea, fruit juices, sliced fruit. I asked and the staff member said you can buy just the breakfast if you live in town, or she said people arriving on the train sometimes stop in. I need to check on that and make that a monthly breakfast destination. The staff was very friendly and bilingual. There was a coffee machine on the lobby and hot water for tea.

There wasn't much to dislike.

Excellent breakfast and decent room with helpful staff

Two-minute walk from train station, so great for train travellers stopping off at Luleå. Room is decently-sized, with a desk and chairs included, as well as five lamps. Decor is friendly on the eyes and staff is friendly, too. Hotel is housed in an old patrician house which gives a nice homely feeling. Breakfast is truly excellent, among the best I have had, with salmon, cheese, wonderful sylt (better than jam) and fresh cranberry bread, rolls, cereals etc.

Shower could use a door/curtain, as the water splashes right onto the toilet. If your shower lasts longer than five minutes the water is likely to start flooding all of the bathroom floor, and head for the room. A squeegee stick is provided, but...really? Also, a hot-water kettle in the room would be a welcome plus for many travellers wishing to make some tea or other quick hot drink, although it must be said that these are available at the reception area.

Excellent breakfast with an incredible choice! Just one minute to the railway station. Very friendly staff.

One more chair in the room would be desirable.

The Hotel has a nice British style. It is clean and in a quite part of the city. It is 5 minutes walking from the centre and with parking in the streets. Coffe and tea available at anytime at the reception. Can't say anything about the breakfast cos I spent just one night living very early in the morning due to an early flight at Lulea Airport. I suggest this place.

Chromecast in room was a no-go.(Was missing in both of booked rooms) Please don't advertise amenities that are not in place. Small breakfast area for guests .

Wonder that there are hotels without air-conditioning. Summers are hot, and so was the room. Otherwise cosy hotel.

Our room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very very luxurious. The breakfast was abundant and delicious and the dining room was very lovely. There were even lit candles on the tables in the morning!

The breakfast boy was the loveliest ever! He was so friendly, yet effective and skillful.

The runny eggs were cold. That was weird.

Great little location right near town centre and close to the train stations and airport bus stops. The room was quiet, neat and cosy warm. Staff were LOVELY and super helpful.

A storage area for luggage, my travel onwards wasn't until later that day and although the staff arranged for my bags to be held with them, a luggage room might be a nice idea for future travellers.

Unusual room in the basement. Quirky building. Very close to the rail station. Sufficient breakfast.

No TV or tea/coffee facilities in the room.Very small room. The window is very high at street level but the curtain is a little short & let's the light in. The staff in the breakfast room did not smile or say hello.
