The Staff. They are watching your every move. My wife's brother and niece dropped them off at the hotel after her brother's funeral. She invited them into the room. A few moments later a staff is knocking at the door, telling my wife that no more than 6 people can be in the 2 bedroom suite room at any given time. The staff wanted my wife to pay for another room that they would not use, saying that it was company policy.

-booked the 1BR executive, no difference from 1BR deluxe -went for a swim on Monday and the pool was dirty. there was garbage floating around. pool assistant came and cleaned up. - common toilet at the lobby was smelly. - pool shower room was smelly

Much better to eat at the restaurants around the area. Citadines in room dining choices are limited and the food we ordered was so NOT good. Poor quality food for the prices plus limited choices.

I was utterly disgusted at how they treat me and my family from the moment we walked in.! All the staff are too friendly! We are not here to make friends, so why are they too happy to serve us? From the moment we checked in, we were supposed to carry our heavy luggage to our room because we are so used to some hotels leaving us alone, not looking after us and all, but for some reason, this bell boy just happily helped us and carried all of our things to our room and assisted us nicely! Who does he think he is making our family happy and comfortable? The room is especially too spacious and clean! It's definitely more than what I payed for, I didn't asked for this! We even have a surprise complimentary wine and cookies! ( since it's our wedding anniversary ), which was really uncalled for! And what's up with the room amenities? Are they expecting us to live here? It feels like it's too homey! The living area is huge! The bedrooms are too! The kitchen and dining area are even complete with all the utilities and utensils and it even has a washing machine, and all! Aren't I supposed to check out the other hotel amenities? I can't leave the room now since it's too cozy! I especially HATE how our kids feels like they'd love to live here! How are we supposed to go home now? Even my family loves the food so much and now we have no choice to come back next time! They set the bar too high for hotels, that if there would be any "value for money" topics about hotels, I have no choice but to say Citadines Millenium now! It's really frustrating! Now, I can't even try booking on other hotels anymore because my family likes it here!

The location is great. The service is good. The room is spacious and well-design. Breakfast is also good with a variety of choices. If I were to be back in Ortigas, I would choose this place again.
