10/10 hotel. Best location in Fira, close to everything: super market, pharmacy, bus station and busy town, but also has private parking, private balcony. Super view from the room and balcony. Also very spacious. Loved everything about this hotel. Wouldn’t fall in love with Santorini without Kamares.

Adımımı atar atmaz Maria’nın harika misafirliği ile karşılandım. Çok erken saatte vardığım için kahve ve kek ikramında bulundular. Manzarası ayrılmak istemeyeceğiniz kadar güzel. Oda konforlu. Otobüs durağına 3-4 dakika mesafede. Çok merkezi. Çalışanlar kibar.

We loved absolutely everything. To the location, to the apparentment, and to the magnificent view.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful! We really appreciated the extra efforts they went to (especially to try and help resolve an issue with our shower). They could not have been nicer.
The location is excellent - so close to the bars and restaurants but not noisy.
Breakfast was served on our balcony each morning which had an amazing view. We appreciated the complimentary water.
The shower in our room didn’t work. The shower head was broken by the previous guest which meant you could only use the hand held shower wand. This made having a decent shower difficult (couldn’t wash hair etc). We asked to move rooms but unfortunately this was not possible as the accommodation was fully booked. Overall this impacted the stay - it is disappointing to be paying a premium price in peak season for luxury accommodation when it isn’t as described / comfortable.
In terms of value for money, while the location and view are excellent, the apartment didn’t feel overly luxurious eg the fittings could be updated and more attention paid to the toiletries.

EVERYTHING and not to forget to mention about the staff. Each one of them are so amazing. I booked Kamares to celebrate my Son’s Birthday and upon my request they arranged a special cake on the house. It was so amazing. Service quality is best. Friendliness of the staff is super excellent. Overall I will anyday recommend Kamares to everyone.

Quiet and amazing location, completely away from the crowds but close to all amenities. Can imagine it would be an oasis during the summer. The staff was warm, accommodating and considerate; Lena, Ben, Maria, Eduardo did everything they can to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast was plentiful but same everyday. Since we stayed for 7 days, it would have been lovely to have some varieties/choices of hot dishes.
Very small point but we would have appreciated to be provided with some water daily. A 1.5l bottle cost us only 26c from the nearby supermarket but still a bit of an inconvenience especially at night if you fancy a cup of tea.

The staff were Great we had the Executive suite and I strongly advise it the property is peaceful.

The view from the room was incredible, staff were super nice and friendly.
No privacy, you share your outside area with the room next to you which makes the experience a little less romantic

The staff were amazing especially Ben and Edward very friendly, informative, and accommodating. The property is well positioned and quite. The only downside to our brief stay in Santorini was we lost one day as the ferries were cancelled because of high winds and our room No.7 was the only room without a hot tub!

Where do I start - we had such a perfect stay in the Executive Room. The main standouts were the staff (Maria, Eduart and the team did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable), and the amazing view we had from our hot tub, with the privacy that we had from being located at the top of the property. The location was perfect : so close to the main bus station, the centre of Fira, restaurants and a (well priced!) supermarket, but also out of the way of the main tourist streets so that it was calm and peaceful. Breakfast was simple, but extremely plentiful to get you through the day.

The view from the apartment was exceptional, such a beautiful view... The receptionists were very sweet and very welcoming. Lovely breakfast package :)
The only downside of the apartment is that you can't use the hot tub after 8 pm, which is way before the sunset. This was quite a bummer for us, as we wanted to have a glass of champagne, and enjoy a sunset from the hot tub.

The view is astonishing, indeed. The staff is smiling and caring. Rooms are clean and hotel is well maintened.
Considering the price, the overall experience is disapointing. Access to hot tub is only for a few rooms. Fair enough. But with that hotel standing, you would expect at least a common swiming pool or a relaxing/fun area where you can gather. None. We could not stay for breakfast (that's our bad) so a "take away" pack was proposed to us, which is a nice attention. However, and again considering the price, we expected a bit more than a bad sandwich, a fruit, and an industrial pastry.
We cannot consider it as a "bad" hotel, just a hotel you go if you do not care about money.

The view from the appartment was unreal and the room was very confortable.
We have nothing to complain about.
