Great location right near the beach . Plenty of space and sun beds around the pool . Staff very helpful . Room modern and spacious with good air conditioning.

We thought the drinks and food were overpriced.

Час ждали заселения. Зато при выселении 2 раза позвонили просили не опаздывать. Но я им напомнила, что заселили они меня с опозданием на час. Так что теперь пусть и меня ждут.

Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen, mooi en net resort, heerlijk ontbijt en we zouden zo nog een keer teruggaan.

We hebben er eigenlijk niets op aan te merken, behalve de prijzen van de drankjes in het resort. Ga beter ergens anders aan het strand bijvoorbeeld, een drankje doen.

Vor allem die Nähe zum Zentrum Karon, so dass ich in 5 Minuten in meinem Lieblingsrestaurant sein konnte. Schöne Anlage, die vollkommen von der hektischen Umgebung abgeschirmt ist.

Ich hatte beim Buchen nicht aufgepasst und a. Keinen Bungalow und b. Ohne Frühstück gebucht. Mein Fehler. Mit dem Zimmer im Hochhaus kam ich noch gut klar. Das aber jedes mal beim Manager nachgefragt wurde, wenn ich etwas aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen wollte und auch Zwischenzahlungen verlangt wurden, fand ich doch ziemlich nervig. Früher habe ich einfach am Ende meine Extras bezahlt und gut wars.

The welcome to the hotel was lovely - I loved the app for the hotel - the room had a good view was clean and had a very nice bathroom. Bed was super comfortable! Loved the swim up bar and breakfast had a large variety of options.

I got food poisoning from this hotel eating at the swim up bar (Prawn spring rolls) - I was so severely unwell we ended up having to call in an emergancy doctor with drip and had several medicines injected plus a bunch of medicines to take after including antibiotics. (£400 later...) This unfortunately happened on the day we were due to check out and as such we were late not checking out at 12pm as stated - I received not 1 but 3 calls from reception asking why we had not checked out each time explaining we would be out of the room as soon as possible as we were trying to pack and leave whilst I was still extremely fragile with no sleep. Considering they were aware I was unwell as my partner had called them for help in getting an emergancy doctor there was not even a call to check how I was doing even more distasteful considering it was caused by their hotel (we know this as it was the only thing I ate that day that my partner didn't) Aside from this and a less poor situation - we asked a member of staff one day where we could go for a late bite to eat as we had been on an excursion booked through their hotel which meant we did not arrive back until 9:30pm and after showering it was quite late - they suggested their bar/restaurant down at the beach which we asked how to get to and reception said ask the guy at the front they can take you in a buggy - we asked and the guy said no he can't he can only take luggage and we should walk all the way around out the hotel and down to the beach...this did not sound right to me and when we asked the cleaner he then directed us through the hotel. As lovely as some of the staff were we did find that there was some dismissive and less helpful and others much nicer. For a 5 star hotel...I expected more.
