Mocht wel iets schoner bij t zwembad. We hadden een swim up room maar geen eigen ligbedden oid, waardoor het minder effect had.

Conforto e tamanho do quarto. Ficamos num quarto quádruplo e foi agradável a estadia. Camas confortáveis. Pequeno almoço variado. Esqueci-me dos óculos de sol na recepção do hotel e liguei a pedir para os guardarem e foram impecáveis.

Hora do check in com demasiadas pessoa na recepção, foi um primeiro impacto desagradável. Sem sumos naturais no pequeno almoço.

I'd notified the hotel in advance to say our stay was part of the holiday for my husband's 60th and they did a beautiful towel arrangement on the bed on arrival. The room was clean, bed was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet were quite compact but the shower was good. There was not much storage space for clothes but there were bath robes, pools shoes, beach bag and towels and two bottles of water left for us everyday. Hotel was in excellent location and we didnt hear any noise upon returning to our room of an evening. They were bars, restaurants, supermarkets just a minutes walk away and the beach was about a 5 minute walk.

The pool area was a huge disappointment. We visited it twice but only because it was so hot we really needed to cool down. I really dont mind music around the pool but it was so loud you couldnt hear yourself think ! The pool itself was quite dirty and the garden area was not good, we felt it really let the hotel down

Struttura prenotata quasi esclusivamente da russi, come d’altronde tutta la città. Pulizia buona ma non eccellente.

Отель очень удачно расположен, все рядом. Море, 7-11, рестораны, ночной рынок, променад. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки. Завтраки шикарные!

С уборкой конечно проблемы, уж очень долго ждать их, приходилось самой иногда брать у них швабру и мыть полы. Или просто настоятельно подходить и просить убраться. В таком неплохом и не дешевом отеле, ужасный вай-фай.

Location was ok little fare from Patong beach and night life, shops are variety, not many halal restaurants . I hade problem with door but the hotel fix them properly, good that it have laundry services near by 600 meters. What i like most is the area quite little bit good and comfortable room, i will advise this hotel to someone who dont look for Patong visit but i will not recommend it if the person want to visit Patong many times

The toilet was need some maintenance maybe in my room only.

Close to the beach. They arranged early check in for me.

Lots of useful items provided in the room such as beach towels, a beach mat, umbrellas and flip flops. Rooms are excellent and having a balcony is a positive too, nice to sit out on at night. Location was a huge positive here, just a minutes walk to the beach and even less to the main strip of shops and restaurants.

As with most properties of this quality, the price was higher than most others but for the standard of accommodation, this was worthwhile .

Big spacious rooms, cleaned every day, beautiful pool with lots of sunbeds, all staff so friendly and nice. Right next to all restaurants and bars, with ample street food, but no noise at night time.

There’s nothing to not like.

I havnt any idea because there is no open restorant in inside.

It would be nice if there was a cold and hot drink vending machine. I would be happy if hotel customers were given a discount in the KIRI cafe, which is said to belong to the hotel.

Very close to everything whether that be convenience stores,restaurants and the beach, less than 200 meters. We had a pool access room with balcony which was fantastic.

We had breakfast included, however nearly every day the fried eggs, omelette, bacon etc were cold as it was pre cooked and sitting in baimarres. The selection and location of the breakfast was good and not far to walk to. It would be a good idea to cook the eggs to order,so it was hot. TV viewing was non existent as only had 10 channels and mostly in Thai Language, so no satellite channels. The pool was great,but if you wanted to get out the other side you couldn't as the steps were quite large and I found as an older person I couldn't levitate the steps, needed a pool ladder down the other end.

I loved that the hotel is close to town and beach. Many eateries and shopping around the town area. 15 mins to Patong and it’s a small little nook perfect for families. Service was great and lots of smiling faces. Love the pool too. Oh! And the spas and massage parlours are all over the area. The one right next to the breakfast hall is great! Do give it a try.

The room and photo was misleading. Housekeeping is not up to expectation. When we checked in the room still have sand bits here and there as well as strands of hair from previous guest 🥴 breakfast could do with a little more variety. Oh and our bedroom door can be open automatically with a strong wind or when we open the balcony there’s pressure to the room that opens the door automatically so it’s pretty dangerous for me as a mom with kids only. Also there are tiny gaps around the main door making everyone passing by our door loud and clear esp in the middle of the night. Lighting was too dim and dingy for family too. Otherwise size of room etc is not too bad. Second experience was the air-conditioning that kept malfunctioning. We had to call many times to get the temperature fixed.

This hotel has 50mtr swimming pool. The hotel location is perfect for beach and restaurants.

The location is great in one way, in the other it is really loud as you are on the main strip and non-existing windows insolation.

The hotel is A old, or B built very cheap, everything is slowly falling off, everything is damaged, dirty. The hotel is probably made for Russian people, 90% of all people were Russians, they are unfortunately very often unpolite and loud. That is situation in whole Karon, everything was made for them, the signs, everyone was talking automatically with us russian. It was very uncomfortable feeling.

The location is so superb! Easy access to Karon Beach about 200 meters away and Karon town which is just outside the hotel. Love the family room which consist of 2 combined rooms with 4 very comfortable super single beds and a big L-Shape sofa. They even have 3 TVs, 2 fridges & 2 pantries. The housekeeping team was awesome. The hotel provides straw mat to bring out to the beach & beach towels as well. The pricing is reasonable if book early. Generally it's a great hotel to stay if you are out almost whole day on excursion.

We were here 7 years ago, so the hotel has aged quite a bit with wear and tear. The family room only has 1 bathroom + toilet. The pillow is too soft. The breakfast spread has limited choices, could have been better. The water in the swimming pool looks murky, stagnant & dirty.
